Ninja Luxe Premier 3-in-1 Coffee Machine, Silver ES601UK

I’m a barista and I wanted a good coffee machine for my house. This is the best home machine I have ever used. It’s very easy to set up, there are clear instructions in an included booklet for hot and cold coffees and it looks great on my counter. It makes a delicious iced coffee, latte, flat white etc. . Perfect

I usually don't write any reviews but this I had to. What a masterstroke Ninja has brought here. Every coffee is so good to the point I can't stand the cafe quality anymore. Cold brew option with the cold froth is an absolute gem in this hot weather. Machine is ready in a jiff to prepare the coffee and it takes very short time to get the coffee ground and to brew. Very low noise as well. Size is not too big to look awkward. This is simply the best purchase of the year for me. Easy 5 stars!

Great coffee machine.We bought this due to limited worktop space and really liked the idea of the fact it does filter coffee, lattes and cold brew (which we haven’t tried yet).It does make a lot of beeps which we wasn’t expecting and our dog is sensitive to beep noises however this has been a great training opportunity for him.The coffee machine itself looks fantastic we went for the black which in my opinion is just beautiful.Temperature we have ours set to hot, it’s definitely hot but not that hot that you have to leave it if that makes sense?Only down side is the grind of the beans ours changes frequently so it hasn’t found the perfect setting but all beans are different so aren’t taking this as a negative.Worth the money in our opinion great coffee that does taste like a coffee shop coffee and straight forward to use.

Our old coffee machine broke and we decided to pay a more than we normally do as we both enjoy our coffee after reading reviews we picked this one me and my wife are really happy with it the coffee it is making is as good as what you get from a coffee shop we have tried a few different types with it already including the cold brew works really well up to now is easy to use

Relatively simple to use. Helpful support people. However, I struggled to use the 4 shot lux basket as it refused to grind enough coffee. Video call support, so they could see exactly what I was doing. Sent replacement parts, same result. After wasting a huge amount of time of coffee they suggested I return it for a full refund. I eventually found an independent guide which, very briefly suggested an extra step that the guide, videos and support people missed. You need to also select “quad” as a further option, despite the machine recognising the basket.The drip tray is frustratingly too small and often overflows. I suspect some regular used parts are out of stock, like the water filter.The coffee made is good. It appears to be excellent value relative to other machines which either do less or cost much more. Overall, I am happy but it could be so much better. The milk steamer wand is always needing cleaning : it should be insulated so the milk doesn’t bake on. The drip tray needs to have much higher capacity.

Wonderfully simple machine that makes great coffee.Having bought and returned two, irreparable, Breville coffee machines we paid an extra £100 for this Ninja machine. Amazon’s refunding service for the Breville machines was very good.There is an excellent set up video link which we used. This help calibrate the machine grind.We love the fact the Ninja monitors and recommends grind calibration adjustments. The machine has a spring loaded coffee press so you get a perfect pre pour grind. Then hot water is added before hot water is passed through the coffee. The Breville has none of these features and relies on your best guesswork.It’s the same with frothing your milk. Guesswork with a Breville. Automatically done by the Ninja with plant based and dairy frothing, and one of four froth settings. Then the Ninja purges the wand.Easy to clean which is handy as the Ninja waste water needs emptying every 4 or 5 mugs.Our only minor criticism would be the small water container which needs refilling every 4 or 5 mugs, but it is minorOverall this is an outstanding piece of kit.

I received a faulty product, which can happen and is absolutely fine, but the real problem started when I tried to return it. They are absolutely not helpful, I was promised a collection from home 4 TIMES, where I had to take time off from work and wait at home from 9 to 5, and nobody showed up. I tried to contact the delivery provider but Amazon doesn’t give the tracking code so they can’t help neither. Amazon keeps promising a new delivery tomorrow, which is unfortunately another day you have to wait at home in this heatwave for absolutely nothing.I ended up calling Ninja and they offered a quick solution with a replacement right away. Highly suggest everyone to buy it directly from the company itself with an actual customer service. I am really disappointed as a long time Amazon customer.

Very impressive, it works exactly as intended and is a great addition to the kitchen. It is also very good value for money. If you are after a coffee machine you won’t go far wrong with this one.

It's OK machine but not great, despite the premium price, so many things made from cheap plastic.
