After five months of severe sciatica pain, when I used this belt, my pain was incredibly reduced. When I use this belt, I can experience a pain-free life again

I have been having pain in my lower spine for a while now and just relying on pain killers but this was much better I use it and the pain goes away not forever but at least for a while

Really does stretch your back out, could be a little bit more tighter and needs to be contoured a little different to fully stretch the back.

Could do with being tighter - but brilliant nonetheless
Iโve not been able to walk, stand or sit up for 3 days. Severe electric shocks and muscle spasms. Bought this and although it could do with being abit tighter when you fill it with air, itโs been brilliant and I can move much much better without a lot of pain (still not walking - yet). This is definitely worth while if youโre having issues even if it helps you to get to the next point.
