Perfect for Espresso Machines
This was a perfect fit for connecting a water line to my ECM Synchronika espresso machine. I ran a 1/4” pex tubing and needed this fitting to connect to a BSP size steel braided hose supplied by Whole Latte Love. This is not an American NPT size. This is British size.

Just the right part
Just the needed part to complete a filtered water faucet installation.

For threaded pipe only.
Based on the suggested usage in the description, it would seem that this would fit a water supply faucet. It doesn't. This will only fit a threaded pipe. Otherwise it seems to be a quality adapter.

Works but reduced water pressure noticeably
Worked for replacing a lacking check valve on my filtered water system but reduced the water pressure noticeably. Might replace hoping to get water pressure back up.

It’s easy, really.
The instal was easy, but keep in mind the direction of the flow arrow. Just firmly push in the tubing and test it out. Easy!

I picked up this 3/8” PE water pipe to use as part of the airline in my DIY CO2 laser air assist project, and it ended up being a great choice. Even though it’s sold for water systems, it’s ideal for low-pressure air — especially from a small compressor feeding a solenoid valve to the laser head. The tube is nicely flexible, easy to route through the enclosure, but still holds its shape well enough that it doesn’t kink or collapse with bends. I used push-fit connectors and it snapped in with a tight, leak-free fit — no heat gun or clamps needed. Cutting it to length was easy with a standard utility knife, and the 2 metre length was just right for running from the solenoid to the nozzle with a bit of extra slack. The material feels tough and durable, with no bulging under pressure or air seepage. If you’re building your own air assist or even just looking for a clean, easy-to-work-with airline for anything low-pressure, this pipe does the job. Good quality, easy to route, and a nice fit for push-to-connect fittings. No fuss.
