Bought this to keep myself hydrated while taking a GLP1. I've seen LMNT electrolytes being recommended by Americans as it's meant to be the best brand out there but I couldn't justify the cost of it. Ive heard of Free Soul for PCOS supplements but didn't know they also did electrolytes so I when saw the ads for this product I looked into it. It has a pleasant taste. As others have said it is salty but that's the point I guess if you're trying to stay hydrated. I'm not a big fan of the Stevia in it but LMNT has it so I settled. I thought about making my own with sugar and salt in water but it has all these extra minerals and vitamins which is helpful as I'm not always great at remembering to take my multi vitamins. It's easy to use as theyre little sachets which you just tear open. The smell is pleasant like the taste. The sachet can be added to 400ml-1L which is a good size as a typical reusable water bottle is around 500ml so I'll typically refill my water a bit with the powder in it still to keep the benefits of the electrolytes. I'll typically use one every other day so that it lasts a little longer and I get the best value for money. I paid around £30 which is a bit much to use it every day but compared to other brands I'm happy to pay for a product which is good quality and has good ingredients. Would be nice if they did more flavours as i would definitely try them (like LMNT does)

Quick efficient service, the product dissolves well in water, I actually enjoy the taste, a little salty but bearable, like drinking bitter lemon. Only been taking fir a few days but happy to continue

Can’t drink water without this now. So refreshing and hydrating! No bad ingredients! Feel less tired when I drink this. The taste isn’t so sugary it’s just right - no aspartame, doesn’t leave the bottle smelling funny. I ran out and decided to try another brand last month. The whole pack is unused as they are not the same as this one. I noticed with another brand after a couple days the water smelled almost like gone off juice! Made me wonder what they put in it. If I wanted juice I’d purchase juice! All in all, I had to come back to these. They are a staple in my shopping now.

I bought Free Soul Hydrate sachets for my mum and she hasn’t stopped raving about them. She says they taste great and really help her feel refreshed and energised throughout the day. I love this, after doing extensive research (chat GPT) made comaprisons for me and this came out top. It's got a high content of each ingredients, more so than some other brands, they taste good as well. They are salty due to the high sodium count, but that is what you want in a good quality electrolyte. You get 30 sachets in a pack so you get a months worth and also being in a sachet it's easy to pack, you can take as many as you need for your trip away. I'm taking mine on my beach holiday to replace whatever is lost in sweat

I like that this has no sugar added. It tastes really nice and refreshing. I have added this to my subscribe and save orders so that I will not run out. I make sure I have at least one a day to benefit my health. I make mine up in a drinks bottle , water first , add 1 sachet and shake. Simple!!

This was actually the second flavour I ordered. Sadly after a few days of use I have bloating and heartburn after drinking. I stopped drinking them today and symptoms subsided then reintroduced it to check and the heartburn returned. Sadly I think it’s the stevia. It tastes nice though is over sweet for my tastes. I have a medical condition and have been instructed to take multiple electrolyte sachets a day. Sadly this brand isn’t for me. Worth a go to see if they meet your body’s needs though I was disappointed to see they don’t offer the money back guarantee other similar brands do.
