I'm loving it! Excellent lather, make sure you follow the instructions, you make the lather in your hands first, is creamy and the first time it made my scalp tingle for what felt like hours. I order my shampoo from Europe in order to avoid all the US chemicals so im very pleased to see this shampoo has no harmful chemicals in their list. Another detail I like is how there is no smell, the Conditioner does have smell but not the shampoo. Is impressive and interesting how clean and soft it leaves my hair, is a very different experience from other commercial shampoos, including the one my hairdresser uses when I go to her Salon once a month. In my case I got it because of the ingredients list, I been looking for something more local that won't take weeks to arrive and most important made with natural ingredients. I like updating my reviews and I definitely will in a few months. Update: I like so much what this shampoo and conditioner are doing for my hair that I went on and gave a try to the pills that Dr.Berg have for hair. The trio together has done a lot for my hair, it feels thicker, gray hairs are coming out dark again, I can see where they stop being gray and started to have color again. I'm including a picture of only 3 months using this product and 1 month of adding the hair pill. I'm not saying this are the results for everyone, in my everyday eating we have limited our vitamins inhibitors, like sugar, carbs and alcohol (I miss my glasses of wine) and 70% of what we eat is organic. When i had to change shampoo because the other one i used was no longer available, i researched almost every product available for fine gray hair. I really liked this product for its ingredients and the reviews i read. It has been exactly what i was looking for! My hair feels soft and healthy and strong- i don't have excessive hair loss or breakage. The shampoo is rich and very effective- and the price is very reasonable! I also use the conditioner but have found that, even if i don't, my hair feels great!!

This shampoo made my hair thicker and soft! It is great! I love Dr. Berg’s products so I tried this and it works well! I’ve tried other shampoos that promise these results, but those made my hair full of electricity, and this one did not do that! Very happy!

I started experiencing some thinning on top and my comb and brush were showing the dreaded signs. So, I did my homework; products and chemicals to avoid, the effects of heat damage and dryness and how and when to brush properly and what supplements to take and use for healthier hair etc. I came acrossed Dr. Berg's Shampoo and Conditioner, read multiple reviews, researched the effects of the ingredients on scalp and hair and thought I'd give it a try (I've yet to try the serum). After just a few uses, I was pleasantly surprised at the way it didn't weigh my hair down although it has some amazing botanical oils that are great for both skin AND hair that are included in the list of ingredients. It also eliminates the ingredients I researched that can actually cause hair loss like Sulfate Laureth and Sulfate Lauryl which have been potentially associated with hair loss and/or thinning. This product lather's well, rinses completely (remember the days of that squeaky clean and shiny feeling hair during youth?) Well, I highly recommend this product. My hair feels cleaner, looks shinier, feels thicker after only a few uses and I can get away with air drying vs styling (I have only air dried my hair and have used no product(s) in the photos submitted.) I am now a new customer who is usually a skeptic w/o any evidence so well-done Dr. Berg!!! 😉

I use Dr. Berg’s products at least 6 years. They always have a good quality, and they actually help. I bought Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner first time as part of the hair health program, also I’m taking Hair Formula dietary supplement too. It’s almost 2.5 months since I started using it. My hair is short and I still have a half bottle of shampoo left but the conditioner is almost done. I’m using them every day except Saturday. As I mentioned the quality absolutely amazing, but I had a bad user experience. In my opinion, bottle is a part of the product, and if you have issues with using that it’s a bad user experience. Imagine, morning 6:30 am, you in a shower so excited to try a new Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner. You push a button on a lid and …. nothing happens, the shampoo doesn’t pour out. You shake and squeeze the bottle but it doesn’t help. The first thing I did was unscrew the lid; the bottle’s neck was uncovered but there was no hole inside the lid. I didn’t have a time to figure out the lid puzzle, so I simply replaced it with the pump from an empty liquid soap bottle and it solved the problem. Next was the conditioner time, but I didn’t have another pump, so I took a knife and started digging inside the lid. I was surprised when a round cardboard disc fell out; usually such discs cover the bottle’s neck to prevent spills. I put the lid back on the bottle and started shaking and squeezing the conditioner onto my hand, as if it were a bottle of ketchup or mustard. I did this for the next 3 days until I found a suitable pump. I bought liquid soap at Walmart for 97 cents; the pump’s thread fits perfectly, but the tube was 2” short. After a couple weeks, I 3D-printed a 2” long tube and added it to the main tube in both bottles. And now I have a quick question to Dr. Berg, why the bottle of liquid soap for 97 cents has a pump but your shampoo and conditioner for $22 doesn’t? I’m sure the pump couldn’t increase the price too much and even it can be included in the $22. When I spend $44 for shampoo and conditioner, I want to enjoy the product, not struggle to squeeze it out. So, because of this adventure I gave 3 stars.

Not over scented. Works well and remaining hair is in excellent shape. Recommended
