The iron patch was extremely easy to apply and comfortable to wear. There was no skin irritation and no side effects from it. There were also no issues with it staying on and it was easy to take off. One thing I have noticed is an opportunity around instructions, specifically what time of day should someone wear the patch. Without doing an internet search, I would not know if wearing it is best to do at night or during the day. Aside from that, I have no issues with this product and look forward to continuing its use with the hope of feeling its effects!

Not sure how much iron I’m actually absorbing but the patches themselves are crap. They don’t adhere to skin well at all. I even shaved my super light lady hair on my shoulder and they still fall off after an hour or so.
