Best red light therapy brand/product!
Love this product so much. It’s become a critical step in my self care routine, one that I look forward to! I use the serum paired with the mask for optimizing results. I simultaneously will use the solawave wand while I have the mask on to cover the full face in one sitting. I like the wand especially because I can get in the nooks around the nose and even down my nick/chin area. It’s fantastic tool for traveling, takes up no space!

I will not buy any of these items from Amazon again.
I bought one at ULTA beauty, charge last much longer. I saw a difference. But with this one that I bought on Amazon not so much. Very disappointing. I will not purchase one from Amazon again. Also ordered the cream had to order replacement as the seal was broken, replacement seal also broken. Ordered from Ulta beauty.

Easy to use
I've recently started using this product and loving how quick and easy it is to incorporate into my routine. My kids think its funny! It feels relaxing and I appreciate that it only takes a few minutes each day! While I havent noticed any drastic changes yet since I just started, I'm excited to see the results over time. Definitely recommend.

Do Not Purchase! Stopped working in a few weeks!
This stopped working the day the return window closed! It will not hold a charge for more than a few seconds - worthless! The video is after charging it overnight (and I tried charging it multiple times in case of a faulty charge)

CHARGE DOESNT LAST
Think it was working but the battery lasts for about 7 minutes of total use before dying.

Quick, convenient
Solawave sells good quality devices designed to rejuvenate skin. The Eye Recovery Pro has one distinct advantage over devices I've used in the past: it's hands-free! The treatment runs for 3 minutes, which is far less time than most red light devices recommend. Research suggests that 10 minutes is the minimum for results, and I expect Solawave may be extra conservative in this regard as they don't want their device to scorch delicate peri-orbital skin. But after almost a month of using the device 4-5 times a week, my results are...non-existent. This week I started doubling my time; maybe that will help. If this device lets me skip my next Botox treatment, I will be ecstatic (and will update this review). One charge lasts a long time, and I do appreciate the fact that the cloth bag provides sufficient room for device and charger, as the last Solawave product I used did not. Downside: the protective eyeshields are too close together, so they don't really protect my eyes, and the red light gets in. I can still see, sort of, but initially it was disconcerting. Then I read about the research suggesting that red lights is beneficial for the retina -- though apparently no one is sure about precise wavelengths or other protocols -- and if this device can help my retina, even better!

Easy peasy but scares the dog
When I ordered this Eye Recovery Pro from Solawave I thought I was going to need to take a crash course in RLT before I used it. As it turns out, this eye mask is so easy to use a small child could operate it. This mask comes with a couple pamphlets with assorted info and instructions, a travel bag and a charging cord. When it arrived I promptly plugged it in and it took about 2 hours before the light stopped blinking, which meant it's fully charged. Next I attached the eye cups (backwards), then wondered why so much light was getting through into my eyes. Installation tip- the side of the eyepiece that has more material on it goes towards your face. Now that it's charged and on my face it's simply a matter of pressing the button. Really I thought? Is that all there is to it? What about the four different kinds of light, how do I switch from one to the other? And what if I want to run it for more than 3 minutes? Those questions are not explicitly answered in the product literature but from reading everything I have determined that the light that comes on contains all four wavelengths, so the user is getting all the benefits at once. As far as the 3-minute timer, I have not done this yet, but going forward if I want a six or nine minute session instead I will just keep pressing the button when the light goes off. So there you have it. The mask is made of soft silicone with a head strap that's adjustable, wide and comfortable. Even with the protective eye wear in place correctly, I can see the light but it is not so distracting that I can't read or watch TV while the mask is on. As far as results, I have not seen any improvements yet but I've only used the mask twice so far. There is some scar tissue under both of my eyebrows from plucking them and I am hoping that with continued use this light therapy mask will improve the look of these dark scaly patches. If that happens I will be back to tell you all about it! When I ordered this Solawave mask it was selling for $189. Yes, that is pricey but this brand is one of the leaders in this field and the product is even FDA approved. I'm also going to give the mask the benefit of the doubt and expect good results, so yes I do think the price is reasonable. PS, if you have a dog the mask may frighten it, so be sure to grab some treats before you turn it on.
