The water pressure is too weak. What can I do?

To comply with California CEC regulations, a flow restrictor is pre-installed at the base of the shower head. However, if you live in an area with extremely low water pressure, you may remove this restrictor to improve performance.

Why does the water feel cooler with the BT100?

Yes, the BT100’s microplate creates finer streams, and smaller droplets can cool slightly faster as they travel through the air. If your shower is already maxed out, consider adjusting your water heater temperature per manufacturer/safety guidance.
