This gimbal stabiliser is very well made and works well. Once paired to the app it allows you to produce very professional videos. It comes well packaged and have had it in use for several months now and would fully recommend to others looking for this type of product. I have no idea what the company's after sales services like as I have not had cause to use it.

Fab but gutted the price went down day after purchase

Solid feeling device. Requires a level platform for initialisation and appears to have some difficulty with a Fold7 but at least the clamp doesn't foul the side buttons. This model does not have an extending 'selfie' function.

I am amazed at how good the gimbal is for steady video capture, including when walking and aking a video. I have not used the app however the functions within the gimbal and its bluetooth controller are excellent in themselves. One can rotate phone horizontal and vertical, can also flip phone around from facing you to facing 180 degrees the other way. All of these at the touc of various buttons. The phone holder is very, very strong. There's a little tripod to screw into bottom og gimbal for handsfree recording. The plastc material in the gimbal is sturdy, it is a well made product. It is also light enough in weight that you don't feel arm-ache. Play back of videos i have taken are smooth, where you DO NOT end up with a nauseating (to watch), bumpy, lag-effect video. In fact this gimbal gives you the opposite. A really,really good product. I highlt recommend.

This iSteady X3 se seemed at first to be working properly, but unfortunately, I found that the pan-follow mode was not working as it should. In this mode, the phone should only move in the horizontal plane when the unit is panned horizontally. In fact, if the unit was tilted in the vertical plane, the phone also tilted, and - worse - did not tilt back again afterwards, and would therefore have to be recentred every time. This is not correct, so I am returning it. Maybe I will try the slightly more expensive X3, which also has the ability to do AI object-follow, and an extension shaft - which the X3 se does not have.

Excellent quality with all the features I need. The zoom could be smoother, although that could be down to me, obviously need more practice as have only used it twice. Overall a great piece of kit for the money, would recommend

Looked like it should work quite well, but the X-Y controller on mine was faulty; no pitch control at all and would only slew left to right, not right to left. In simple stabilisation tests it intermittently lost its place and required repeated resets. Product returned.

Excellent stabilizer. The quality is great and you can tell from the first use. Videos come out super smooth, even while walking. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and the remote control is very convenient for recording without help. It folds easily and is very portable. Highly recommended.

Que dire de cet appareil si ce n’est qu’à ce prix-là, vous avez vraiment un stabilisateur de qualité avec pas mal de fonctionnalités, une application facile d’utilisation et une télécommande Testa, à l’extrême dans des déplacements rapides pour la réalisation de court-métrages et de voyages en famille, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité du rendu Finale et l’efficacité de l’appareil Malheureusement, après six mois d’utilisation intensive, dis fonctionnement de la batterie mais merci au service après-vente qui est très efficace. Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life
