The whole process should be smooth and quick but it’s actually a pain and looooong…. My sample traveled all across the US to finally make it to the lab after 4 weeks! Then AI is processing the collected data and after another 2 weeks you might see the results (not the actual data, numbers etc) they put you on. Fodmap basically and suggest food to avoid etc also you can purchase the supplements that are tailored for you for $160 that will take another 2-3 weeks. So everything is just delayed and not worth the money at the end. I’d recommend doing GI MAP test which is more expensive but way more effective and gives you the actual insights. Don’t be fooled like me ;) I never leave the review so hope that can help someone! That’s what happened to the company that scales too fast and can’t deliver the same quality!

I did test full test over a year ago. Saliva, blood, stool. It test rna to see what you are able to process (meaning me personally). I actually thought it would be more expensive than it is. I couldn’t believe they have made it this affordable! You fill out a long questionnaire on an app. Then you get your results. I’m a medical professional so completely geek out on all this. So I reviewed all the details. It takes a while because it is personal and detailed. Anyway. I was absolutely shocked to find out somethings I was not able to process and foods I thought were healthy are not for me. I changes some food intake and thought what the heck I’ll try the supplements. Over a year later it’s really crazy! I did not mention to dentist but my gums used be so inflamed I used to have to get laser treatments on them at dentist and now I don’t, now my dentist said I don’t have plaque buildup on my teeth either. It wasn’t my goal but did loose 15 lbs, I look less swollen, my joints don’t feel aching in the morning and I have good energy. I’m due to retest and going to see what the tend looks like. I’m excited about! It’s amazing and best kept little secret. You used to have to pay a fortune for something like this before! I look at as self care. You pay more to go out for one dinner. A borderline scam. My results told me next to nothing other than that I should buy their overpriced supplements.

It helped me understand my child's gut health and provided information necessary to make the changes needed. They give recommendations and you decide what to do. I would recommend it as a starting point and is a much cheaper option. It's easy to use and has great directions.

Prior to sending in the sample they have you answer loads and loads of test questions. They ask you repeatedly what you are allergic to. I repeatedly advised I was allergic to mushrooms. Then when I got my results, they advised that I consume mushrooms. I am severely allergic. Everything about the test seem very scamming. They would not give me a refund. Contact your bank if you got scammed by this company for a full refund. Complete garbage don’t do it.

Do you live outside of the us or Canada? if so, DO NOT BUY this test! I got the results back and they seem pretty comprehensive; however, formulations aren’t available to customer an outside of US or Canada. If you leave overseas the option isn’t available. What a waste of money.

Discrepancy in what the questionnaire said versus what I received from the results. Someone did not read the extensive medical background questionnaire. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrific.
