After opening the box to replace Magenta, I realized the box had 4-black toner cartridges. Not the four different toner cartridge color as ordered/described. OPEN THE BOX IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. Now I have enough black toner to last years!!

Not thrilled with quality of prints
I ended up replacing my printer with a Samsung copier/printer/fax.

All drums are black
Everything about this page suggests you will get a complete set. Color: BCMY, photo shows different colors in BCMY but what I received were 4 black drums. This page is very misleading, before writing this review I see this is not the first time this has happened.

NOT A COMPLETE SET!
I should have read the reviews before I bought this product! Shame on me. I got a set of black drums, not the colored set. I opened it too late and now I'm stuck with them.

Do not buy from them. - I also received 4 black drums
I opened the box and immediately needed the black drum. 4 months later I needed the color drums and just noticed they are all black drums. Very disappointed
