I ordered this diary for the first time as the ones I usually order & have ordered for years were not available this year- 'nothing is bad that is good for something else'! This meant that I looked for another diary & as I am fussy about what I need in a diary & the size of one to be carried easily in handbag, I was glad to see this one advertised. It has a good layout, a page to a day with plenty of room per day & separate pages on each month at the front so you can mark on to those pages what's happening in a month , being able to see these matters at a glance. It has not merely a ribbon to mark the date but also an elastic in the same colour as the cover. It only came in a tan coloured faux leather in the size that I required it in, but it is still very attractive. It comes beautifully boxed & wrapped in black tissue with a large card of thanks from the small family business, explaining the logo of Alfred the Great on the front & back covers. A lovely personal touch. I am very pleased with this diary & would like to offer my thanks to the Wykeham family & the employees for sending this to me. I can & do highly recommend this lovely & practical diary to anyone & see this lovely diary as a good start to 2025. Happy New Year.

Really lovely journal. Good quality, affordable. Love that you can personalise it. Wish the notebooks could come in more colours and option to personalise more then I'd buy more!

Really impressed with the quality of this Journal/Diary. It’s simple and doesn’t have all the extras that a super premium journal does; but for work it’s perfect. The personalization is really nice too!

This is an incredible journal and worth getting on here to praise. 12 calander pages up front so you don’t have to fold corners and search for them. The rest are all undated so you can miss days without wasting pages. It is sent so giftable (truly wrapped incredibly beautifully) that it is definitely going to be on everyone’s Christmas or birthday lists from now on. Cost eensy bit more but we’ll worth it. Im using mine for recording positive thoughts and actions, as I suffer from depression and anxiety. But may buy another for recoding dreams. Can even use for recording meds as the usual med journals are pretty awful (strange columns but no room for journaling sides etc. just another thought of how one might use this.). The brown cover is so soft , like butter leather. I do hope to find a large one 8x11 if it’s ever offered, for other purposes) but this size is perfect for my intended use. If your waffling about descision due to price, don’t, it’s so perfect. And if you want to find an extremely gift-ably wrapped, useful gift, this is it!! And it came Overnight! Incredible. I ordered last night at 11pm and received it the next morning 11am. I love it!
