This shilajit product is very good I kid you not!!! Early in the morning I take about 600mg with warm water or warm almond milk and It gives me a boost of energy to start doing the first few things that need to he done around the house! But be very careful becuase taken in high dosage could lead to constant bathroom usage hahaha, I guess its the amount of minerals I get from the product that gives me the urgency to use the bathroom. But overall a very good product, I highly recommend it!!!

This stuff is so nasty it will gag a maggot. I used it as directed and it made my drink taste horrible!
