After some mixed reviews I was dubious about ordering these. But I am very satisfied. Some said the storage case was low quality. The case is fine and does it's job well. Problems with charging? No, just be precise when putting the earbuds in, follow the instructions and they are fine. Noise cancelling is excellent and for this price performs above and beyond. Sound quality is good and for me I get about 12 hours playback before recharging. Obviously this may vary so don't take this as how long they will last for you. Many options through the Bose app and dont feel over heavy in the ear. Overall highly impressed, do what I expect them to do and that's all that matters.

Best earbuds ever!!!!!I've spent hundreds of pounds over past few years trying to find my forever purchase of ear buds and do t get me wrong some, especially the cheaper ones have the best sound, but dont last, maybe a year tops then it's another purchase and I put off buying more expensive ones because it was a lot of money at that time.Wow. On with the review. These Bose Quiet Comfort are the first ANC earbud headphones I've tried, was t even sure what active noise cancelling was. Wow, thought I had gone deaf first time I put them in could not hear fan heater that rattles annoyingly when it's on or neighbours arguing or their music and TV or the traffic on the main road, brilliant. I would buy them just for this lol.They can be used with Google assistant voice control and pass through can be enabled disabled by touch of right bud. There is the Bose earbud app to connect and download latest firmware, which again was a first for me. Just wow.The sound has blown me away, each and every track that plays is adjusted using ai tech to play that track at its best and this can be altered and adapted to your personal listening style or turned off.The battery with ANC turned on lasts around 6 hours, not tested them without ANC turned off as this is main reason for buying them. The case will do around 3 to 4 full charges from a fully charged case.Highly recommend these especially at the price.You will not be disappointed.

The sound quality of these is great. But this is the worst pair of in ear phones I have ever bought. Firstly they are uncomfortable, the buds are far too large to fit in your ear particularly whilst running they constantly fall out. One of the ends of buds fell off and I lost it on the ground somewhere - there is no replacement for this unless you go directly onto the bose website and there is not an identical replacement and the original box does not come with spares - it cost me an extra £15 plus shipping to replace.However the biggest issue is functionality, placing the earbuds back inside of the case does not seemingly turn them off. This is a huge nuisance when you need to just recharge the headphones as they are both still connected to your phone and also not recharging in the case. Other issues include taking them out the case and one of the earbuds simply does not connect which means you are constantly putting them back in the case to take them back out only to discover one of them has not recharged. I have owned this product for less then 2 months and I can catagorically say these are the worst earbuds I have ever bought, I would not recommend these.

After a couple of plane journeys sitting next to a baby AND a stag do, I decided it was time to get some noise cancelling headphones.I researched for ages because I have small ears and normal popular pod earbuds are uncomfortable.These ARE larger than normal earbuds but they are very comfortable and don’t fall out of my ears.The noise cancelling is amazing. I was having a conversation whilst passing road works and diggers and jack hammer and honestly it was a tiny distant sound and both of us could still hear clearly.Music quality is fab a lovely base and clear soundI am so happy i bought these.

I’ve been an Apple fan for years and when my right AirPod Pro 2 dropped out of my ear into the engine of our Volvo I decided to try a different manufacturer. I bought these Bose earbuds last Saturday and have been testing them ever since.First the fit, I never could get the AirPods to properly fit my ears and over the years tried a series of different tips finishing up with Comply foam tips. The difference between AirPods and these QCs was apparent immediately. These QCs actually fit your ears and stay in whatever you’re doing. They don’t need to be rammed into your skull. They just sit naturally inside your ear and stay there.The quality of sound from Bose is magnificent and in my view much superior to the AirPods Pro 2. The sound stage is such that you can identify every instrument and actually point to where the instruments are.My test for noise reduction is to sit on a Central line train coming out of Bank station going west. These carriages are ancient and that journey is a cacophony of squeaks, rattles and grinding of wheels against the rails. It completely defeated the AirPods such that I never ever used them in the underground.With the QC earbuds I was aware of a distant rumbling but could listen to my music clearly throughout the journey. Not perfect but light years better than the AirPods.So in summary I recommend these to anyone who is considering earbuds.I bought mine for £139 which compares pretty favourably Apple’s £229 for the AirPods2

So much better than the Apple AirPods. They fit better, the ANC is palpably superior and they connect seamlessly to my iPhone, Android and PC. Can’t fault them. 100% thumbs up!!
