Good product for what we needed.
Arrived damaged and one pot had leaked into the box but there was enough left for what we needed fortunately. Was a little tricky to work out the different mixes we needed for each coat but was easy to apply and worked well. We coated 2 metal containers we are using as water features and so far it's doing a great job. Would recommend although it is expensive.

Fantastic product! I purchased it to coat the inside of a large cast iron pot (sugar kettle) that I use as a fountain. Since the product is an epoxy, mixing in the proper ratios is important. I blended with isopropyl alcohol as suggested in the directions to allow increased workability and extend the time allowed before hardening (definitely recommend this option). It went on easily as I poured it directly on the surface and smoothed with a paint roller. The coverage is about what the directions indicated. I applied two coats since my surface was very rough, and the two-pack was helpful. So far, the product looks amazing! We’ll see how durable it is - hoping for years of life!

We just but in a round 10ft diameter fountain in our yard. It is cinder block then red gard painted on the block then penny tile installed and grouted. We filled the structure with water and the next day noticed water and moisture outside on ground and on some walls. it turns out that the red gard wasn't applied correctly and the conractor did not use waterproof grout. We used 2 kits and coated the entire inside of fountain (about 45 min work) and let it dry for 7 hours (phx is warm). Filled it and zero leaks and you cannot tell there is a clear coating over the tiles. Exceeds expectations.

This is the perfect amount to seal a ceramic “pond in a pot”. My pot, with unglazed interior, is about 24” diameter, 24” deep. Bought two kits. One for 1st coat, another for 2nd. This was the right amount with just a bit left over. Highly recommend. Enjoying my 1st attempt growing lotus, + minnows for mosquito control, all thanks to this non-toxic seal.

So the end result was perfect! I wanted something for the inside of my cowboy pool. It had to be durable and non-toxic. I bought 2 cases which was definitely needed. You should put on 2 coats. Unfortunately I did not realize the second coat needed to go on within 10 hours of the first or I would have had to sand it for the second coat to stick to the first. I also used multiple small rollers and disposable metal baking tins. This stuff is sticky and messy. You need to mix it half at a time so 2 different mixes per case. It sets up to fast. Within 20 minutes so mixing the two cans all at once will set up before you can use it all. It works best if it is painted on in 70 degree temps so I did the first coat around 6pm. It was easy to do the 2nd coat on the sides within an hour of the first. The bottom was to sticky to step inside the tank, so I used a paint roller attached to a broom handle which did the trick! I was afraid it would be slippery when wet but it turned out fine and it feels great on the feet when your in the pool!

After researching different projects that pond armor has been used on I noticed a lot of them being smaller projects compared to that of a pond, so I became worried at how large of a task applying this stuff could be to a 420 sq ft in ground pond/pool. Before applying I had this stuff stored it in my shed for a few months, this did not seem to affect the product whatsoever. Note that when mixing the process can get very messy due to the various viscosities of the liquids, so ensure that whatever you put down will be thrown out after as this stuff is near impossible to remove. Also wear gloves and any other clothing to protect your skin from this stuff as it’s nearly impossible to get off your skin. I mixed parts A and B in a measuring cup, added 99% alcohol, and poured into the bin for the paint roller. Applying was very easy when alcohol was added, it seemed to even help prolong curing time so I could work with more of the mixture at a time. Overall it turned out great and took about 4 hours by myself, the 3 gallon bucket was literally just enough to cover the entire pond however it will need a second coat.
