Versatile, healthier electrolyte mix
I tried the PowderVitamin Unflavored mix, as well as the Watermelon, Strawberry Kiwi, and Tangerine Pineapple. I'll talk about the three flavored mixes first. The flavored mixes all taste very lemonade-y regardless of the specific flavor, because the mix contains citric acid, mineral citrate salts, and vitamin C, a mix that's a prominent part of lemons' flavor. They don't taste salty at all, despite containing sea salt. They are sweetened with stevia but on the low end, so the characteristic stevia aftertaste is barely noticeable. I think they're a little too sour but good enough tasting, and I mix them on the weak end (one scoop in a quart ice water). If you're taking the powder biking or hiking, be sure you bring the measuring scoop because the mix is very concentrated and you don't want to just eyeball it. The unflavored mix is another experience entirely. It's just the sea salt/citrate salts/vitamin C mix without any citric acid or flavoring or stevia, and perfectly drinkable as-is. A sodium-heavy electrolyte mix without some strong flavors to cover up the salty taste can easily be nauseating, but this has very little saltiness and barely a hint of bitterness. But that's not the best part. The unflavored mix can also turn a drink powder of your choice into an electrolyte drink powder, though I recommend using some citric acid powder to balance the flavor. I taste-tested this with one scoop of PowderVitamin and a scoop and a half of Tang in a pint of water, and I noticed immediately that the acid in the Tang had been neutralized somewhat by the citrate salts in the electrolyte mix, making it taste funny. I added 1/8 teaspoon of citric acid powder and that brought everything back into balance and it tasted quite normal. I'm eager to try this out with one of those cheap unsweetened Kool-aid packets: mixed with four scoops of PowderVitamin and a half teaspoon of citric acid powder, it would make an unsweetened flavored electrolyte mix that you can then combine with any kind and amount of powdered sweetener (whether that's sugar, stevia, sucralose, etc.) to make a complete drink mix. This electrolyte mix has advantages over a lot of other brands. Gatorade has no magnesium or calcium. Powerade and CLIF don't make powders anymore. LMNT is 1000 mg of sodium per serving, something I don't need to drink to get plenty of. Many others use artificial sweeteners. So for convenience, the flavored mixes. For incredible versatility, the unflavored mix. I recommend them all. And hey, made in USA. Except the salt. That's made in the Himalayas.

Delicious and Healthy Part of My Daily Routine for Years Now
Because I basically cut out carbs almost entirely I learned pretty quickly how important electrolytes are. This product supplemented what I was no longer getting from the foods I cut out, and the combo of this powder and the foods that I eat now have left me with more energy and less pain than I've felt in years. I've put my wife onto it and now it's become a part of both of our daily routines. It tastes great and is packed with so many things we need that can be difficult to get in high concentrations from food. Makes it very convenient to be able to get all of these things from 1 beverage per day. I personally like the taste of 2 scoops per about 350 - 500 mL of water. I also include lemon and lime juices.

High quality, great value, and yummy.
I've tried the raspberry and the lemonade flavors. The lemonade took a few tries to get used to but now I love it. It's hard to explain how it tastes. What I can say about this powder - that I love - is that it's very tart, not like other electrolyte powder that are salty and sweet. It's sugar free and calorie free, using Stevia and organic, natural flavors. I think 100 servings for approximately $32 is a good deal, but I wish they had sales a little more often. Another thing I absolutely loved was how transparent the company was. I asked a few questions about where the citric acid and natural lemon flavors were sourced from, and they got back to me both times with detailed explanations and were so kind. I also love that their ingredients are organic. Oh, another big plus? (So many, I know.) There are no synthetic B vitamins added to these powders, at least the 2 I've tried. BIG win! I know the powders clump but I had my first bag for almost 2 years (didn't initially use it often) and it didn't clump a lot until towards the end of those 2 years. Even then it dissolved well. That's another thing. It dissolves easily in water. All in all, 5 out of 5.

Affordable
Very strong and sour, I use barely half a scoop in 12 oz of water. Affordable and will last a long time but doesn't seem to help with symptoms of dehydration

Don’t hesitate trying this brand!
This was my first time ordering from PowderVitamin. I plan to reorder more. I ordered one Unflavored and one Hibiscus. The Unflavored option is pretty comparable to other unflavored electrolytes that I’ve ordered before, I’m satisfied with that one, but the Hibiscus is REALLY GOOD when mixed with a bottle of Pellegrino!!! I would recommend though that if you’re going to mix an electrolyte with a carbonated water that you put the electrolyte in a glass first and then SLOWLY pour in the carbonated water - I had a very colorful countertop when I added the electrolyte into the Pellegrino, it was like shaking up a carbonated beverage and then immediately opening it! I didn’t expect that. You can learn from my mistake! Both the Unflavored and the Hibiscus seem to dissolve easily in plain water too, but I highly recommend the Hibiscus if you enjoy the hibiscus flavor. They seem to keep me well hydrated which is why I ordered electrolytes in the first place. The clean ingredients and being made in the USA made it worth trying, and the price was reasonable as well. I’m so glad I did try them! Update: I have found that I only need HALF a scoop of the Hibiscus in about 12-13oz water, too sweet otherwise. Also I have been using 1/2 teaspoon of magnesium citrate (Calm) mixed into the HALF scoop of the Hibiscus PowderVitamin Electrolyte powder, then I add a small amount of the carbonated water to the powder, stir really well to dissolve then add more carbonated water to get the perfect balance for my taste buds. I add extra magnesium because I am carnivore, need the extra magnesium. Many reviewers show their bag of electrolytes clumping inside the bag, but if you store the powder in a glass jar sealed tightly you will not have this problem, I poured mine in a mason jar when I first opened the package - no clumps!
