This migraine relief cap has been incredibly helpful for my tension headaches. It provides the perfect amount of pressure around my head firm enough to relieve the pain, but still comfortable to wear. I really appreciate the design that allows me to breathe easily while wearing it, which makes a big difference when I need to relax. The cooling effect is also a huge plus it feels soothing and helps calm the headache faster. Overall, this has become one of my go-to remedies when a headache starts. Great design, effective relief, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Covers almost all my head and I have a pretty big head. But it’s not to tight it slips right over my head not in a baggy way with I was impressed with that. However they made this it fit right over my pretty big head not to tight it uncomfortable at all. I read some that said tight. This one is a great fit I can’t remember if the had one size or more. Super easy to use gets very cold in the freezer and stays cold plenty long to help headaches. That’s what I use it for. Cas it’ll cover your eyes for the headaches in your eye that are brutal. What is rely great is I have used the regular Velcro strap ones and if I have my glasses on trying to where those laying on my side watching tv feeling good with the cold on my head but the strap ones are hard to keep in place this one pulls right over and stays where you put it and I can with this lay on one side stays cold easy long enough then right back into fridge. Great value for the price.

Oh my goodness - this thing is amazing! Keep in in the freezer at all times and it's ready to go when needed. If you're overheated, stressed, tired, irritable - a few minutes in a quiet spot with this on? Heaven! It's a little compressive and a lot chilling. Good weight that helps soothe tired eyes and aching heads. Migraine - yes, some relief, at least long enough for the pain meds to kick in. I have the real kind that are completely debilitating, but the daily med side effects make them a no-go. Instead, when I get the signals that one is coming, this is one of the first things I grab - so good! I'm thinking about getting a few more since it's too nice to NOT share with a friend (or daughter). Kids report awesomeness for hangover relief and cooling off after a hard (hot!) workout!

Sometimes nothing will touch a migraine in terms of medication, and you have to lie in a dark room and wait it out. That's when you need this. I took off one star because it's so cold straight from the freezer that it's painful in its own right, and I ended up trying to stuff fabric behind it, but then it warms up pretty quickly so the fabric had to come out....the whole process felt very fiddly, like I was always adjusting it, and that's not what I want when I'm in too much pain to stand up. I don't know what would make it easier to use--maybe putti g it in the fridge instead of the freezer, but that would shorten usage time. For the periods during which it is cold enough but not too cold, I would say this provides moderate relief. There's a bit of a "synthetic" smell straight out of the box but that fades. It will pick up smells from the freezer, however, so putting it in a Ziploc is not a bad idea.

This is Fabulous. The cool gel squeezes your head just right to assist the head pounding migraines. It is cool already but sometimes we put it in the fridge fo 10 minutes. It really relieves head aches!

This thing is a god send. I get stress headaches and stress induced ocular migraines and this was thing helps so much. Dulls the pain and makes it less intense really fast. Super soft and silky against the skin. It’s a tiny bit tight and cold right out of the freezer but if you let it sit out for just a minute it’s perfect. Also really handy for gently icing an eye injury (at a compress not wearing it, this applies too much pressure for an eye injury).

This cap really helps with migraines. It’s comfortable, fits well, and gives a soothing pressure that reduces pain quickly. I like using it cold for extra relief. Definitely recommend!

This is a gift for anyone with anxiety or recurring headaches. It retains its cold temperature for about 45 minutes of continuous use, and fits securely around my face. My favorite part is that I can easily slip it over my hair without any issues. It is soft and flexible even after being in the freezer overnight. I’ve used it for both relief of headaches as well as when I’m experiencing heightened anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about this relief cap.

Maravilloso. Incluso sin meterlo en la nevera la sensación de frescor y relajación es indescriptible. Puedes usarlo tanto en terapia de frío como de calor. Obviamente no elimina por completo un dolor de migraña pero ayuda muchísimo a disminuirlo y la sensación de bienestar se agradece enormemente. No solo para elimina dolor de cabeza. En un día normal elimina estrés y ayuda a relajarse.

Le premier contact est intense, donc je le pose d’abord quelques instants sur le front avant de l’enfiler. Le froid se diffuse doucement et maintient une bonne sensation apaisante pendant 15 à 20 minutes . 🎯 Pression et confort Le bonnet offre une pression uniforme sur le front, les tempes et autour des yeux. La matière est souple, sans odeur désagréable — un gros plus après avoir testé d’autres masques qui sentaient fort . Il existe en noir, ce qui aide vraiment à bloquer la lumière, un vrai plus pour les migraines photophobes. 🔄 Durée de la fraîcheur Comme beaucoup de ces bonnets, il refroidit efficacement… mais se réchauffe assez vite. Plusieurs utilisateurs recommandent d’en avoir deux ou trois à rotation pour ne jamais manquer de froid . J’en ai commandé un second pour cette raison. 👍 Points forts Gel inodore, souple après congélation (modèle 2023) . Bon maintien et pression agréable. Bloque bien la lumière.
