Great value! Comes with 2 pads and 2 pumps. Super easy to pump up and the perfect size for my mom. The quality is good andnholds air well. The physical therapist recommended these over the old donuts. My 91 year old mom is at risk of developing pressure sores after breaking her hip. She said she felt immediate relief on her tailbone. I wrapped it in a pee pad and put it in a pillowcase and tucked into the couch cushion. It's the perfect solution for a couple of problems. This is the 6th travel cushion I have tried, the least expensive, and it comes with two cushions. Most importantly, it actually has done something to alleviate my sciatica pain. The only guideline is to not overinflate the cushion, but kudos!

Seems to work. I’m elderly and could not use the pump. I had to have someone pump it up for me. He said it was tight.

Easy to inflate and holds air. Works great for someone who has to sit for long periods of time.

It's holding air for nearly a week! Easy to refill! It's not as cushion-y as some, but it distributes weight/pressure well. I used it for long hours, getting up and sitting back down every 45 minutes or so. Did not deflate for days and just had to top it up.

You get two pads and two pumps. The first one I used only lasted a couple of weeks. Then it wouldn't hold air! The second one is still working months later. I've had to refill it twice but it's easily pumped up and ready to go again.

Most uncomfortable things ever. Bought for an ulcer wound on my tail bone. Cushions just made the pain more intense. Would recommend buying a more costly one as you pay for what you get.
