Frank's Has Been Dethroned
Throughout my entire hot sauce eating life, I've tried a lot of varieties. From mild to atomic and everything in between. Along the way Frank's Red Hot has been my reliable, daily go-to. No longer! Skyline Hot Sauce is the new champ. Where has this been all my life? Well, Cincinnati, apparently. I tired it on recent visit to the Buckeye State and since then, I haven't been able to get enough. Combining three pepper varieties (Cayenne , Tabasco & Jalapeno) makes for the perfect blend. It's got a nice heat profile without the burn of lingering spiciness (it's only ~5,000 Scoville which maybe too mild for some) but it packs a flavorful punch. The drip consistency is just right and it tastes good on just about anything. I guess you can describe as a cross between Tabasco and Frank's but that really does a disservice because the flavor stands as its own. If this was widely available, I think it would be a staple on more tables. Five stars!

Not one like it
Living in Colorado and being from Cincinnati I’ve taste a crap load of red hot sauces. This one by far has the most unique flavor and tang that you won’t find in others.

Fantastic hot sauce!!!
I love this hot sauce!!! Great flavor/heat ratio. Ordered two of em (two 2-packs). Each bottle was wrapped nicely in USPS bubblewrap and they were in a box with packing peanuts up to the brim. All bottles perfectly fine 😀. Took a long time to ship tho. But i knew it would take a week. Worth it!!

Love skyline chili sauce, the closest restaurant is about 30 min from me and these aren’t sold in any of my grocery stores (but yet the chili is) so I like that I can stock up through Amazon. Shipped very well protected, will buy again!
