I think Roc Loc 5 system is not working properly ...

I think Roc Loc 5 system is not working properly, it requires great effort to tighten it on my head and my head measures are 58.5cm having in mind medium helmets are 55-59. If u can find me a white Roc Loc 5 i am willing to buy one.
