The Tile Mate does exactly what you'd hope it would. I’ve used it to keep tabs on my keys and occasionally toss one in a rucksack or a child’s coat just in case something gets lost while out and about. It’s small enough to go unnoticed and light enough not to be annoying. The Bluetooth range is decent, though don’t expect miracles through walls or from long distances. If it’s nearby, it works well. The community find feature is also reassuring, even if I haven’t had to use it in practice. Battery life seems good, but bear in mind the Mate version has a non-replaceable battery. It’s meant to last around three years and then be swapped out entirely. That’s a bit wasteful, but tolerable given the cost. It’s loud enough to hear in most situations, though if it’s buried under cushions or in a thick coat, you might miss it. For everyday forgetfulness, like misplacing keys or leaving something in a bag, it’s a solid bit of kit. Did manage to slam one in a door and it delaminated, so it's easy enough to replace the battery, just not sure if it screws itself up when the battery timer on it runs out. I may make a 3D printed surround to you can break them open to repair.

I’ve got one of these on my car keys, and both my daughter and son have one on theirs too, it’s become a bit of a family essential at this point. Setup was straightforward and it works exactly as you’d hope. It’s reassuring knowing we can quickly locate keys if they go missing, whether that’s at home or out and about. The real win has been for my daughter. She’s not always the best at remembering things including, on one memorable occasion, which car park she’d actually parked in 🤦‍♂️ Let’s just say this tracker would have saved us a lot of walking (and mild panic) that day. Since using these trackers, finding keys (and cars 🤣) is much less stressful. It’s compact, doesn’t get in the way on a keyring or in the glovebox, and feels well made. Battery life has been solid so far and the tracking has been accurate whenever we’ve needed it. Why I’d recommend it: Great for families Ideal for forgetful teens (or adults…) Easy to set up and use Adds genuine peace of mind Overall, it’s one of those small purchases that quietly makes life easier. We’re very happy with it and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more if needed (which I have).

The battery is supposed to last 3 years. Then it's time for the bin as the battery can not be replaced. It seems to work well at the moment.

WOW what can I say, these are brilliant, we have 2 in our family. They really work, the times we have lost our keys in the house and even found them in our driveway. Would never be without one of these key finders. We also got our son one for his birthday he too often misplaces his keys. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

I travel on a regular basis. The first time I used this tracker in my suitcase, my suitcase went missing at the destination airport! I went to the missing luggage office and showed them the tracker app. They were able to quickly and accurately trace my suitcase in an area which is off limits to travellers. I couldn't believe my luck that I happened to have bought it just before I needed it! It's compatible with my Android mobile. Connectivity is excellent and I get intermittent notifications of its location. It was super easy to set up, and it's definitely value for money. I highly recommend it as it has the potential to save a lot of inconvenience.

Update: May 2026 After no response from Life 360, I used the live chat on their website. They said the tiles are "built to last made and with light and durable material". physical damage is therefore not covered by warranty. No apology, no gesture, just directed to their website to buy another one! Not a chance. Appalling customer service. Bought this in Dec 2025 as a Christmas present for my husband. It's now April 2026 and the thin band / loop has broken. He tried to glue it with super glue but that lasted just one day. It's designed to have on a keyring so should be made sturdy enough to withstand that (getting knocked around in pockets). Really disappointing

Bought these to track belongings in bags etc, in case my befuddled brain was stupid enough to leave somewhere.. They work as intended, But the life software is the most annoying thing on gods given earth.. Nag nag nag to allow it to locate you and your phone, constant nagging to allow it to track you and your car.. I want to track the tiles not Allow you to sell my location data to anyone you see fit, and as for the constant nagging to allow you to track my life... Well forget that.. If you can find an alternative to this device.. I would look to buying that alternative, and to tile as a company STOP NAGGING IN YOUR SOFTWARE. If people don't want your intrusive annoying options, stop stop annoying them and accept what thry bought your product for.. To locate a possible lost item

Jak mam cokolwiek śledzić lub znaleźć skoro cała idea jest oparta tylko o społeczność Tile. Produkt nadaje się tylko do zwrotu.

Je cherchais un moyen simple et efficace pour permettre à ma mère de retrouver ses affaires qu'elle a tendance à égarer. Le Tile Life360 Slim s’est avéré être le cadeau idéal. Les + ✅ Ultra-fin : il s'attache facilement à des clés, des sacs il est même assez fin pour aller dans un portefeuille ✅ Installation simple : l'application est intuitive et le couplage avec le téléphone se fait rapidement ✅ Localisation efficace : permet de retrouver les objets en quelques secondes ✅ Double efficacité : on peut retrouver un objet égaré en le faisant sonner grâce à son portable mais on peut également retrouver son portable en appuyant sur le bouton du petit boîtier Les - ❌ Portée limitée : fonctionne principalement en Bluetooth, donc la portée est restreinte. ❌ Abonnement nécessaire pour certaines fonctionnalités (mais si c'est juste pour faire sonner vos clés, pas besoin d'abonnement!) Bref, un excellent gadget pour éviter les pertes de clés/sacs etc. Ma mère s'en sert quotidiennement et se sent beaucoup plus sereine.
