I bought this one because I thought it might be more gentle on my system than the last digestive enzyme, which would cause burning in my stomach. I guess maybe it's too gentle? I am not sure if it's working or not. But it doesn't cause burning! I have to mark it down to 3 stars because this is the first supplement ever to unscrew and empty into my purse on its own. Most pill bottles are secure!
