What are the dimensions of each compartment?

Here are all of the dimensions of this 3XL item. EXTERIOR: 11 1/6 long (280mm) x 2 1/8 wide (55mm) without lid hinge and tabs -and- 2 9/64 wide (58mm) with lid hinges and tabs x 1 1/4 high (32mm). INTERIOR COMPARTMENTS: 2 3/32 long (53mm) x 1 1/2 wide (38mm) x 1 3/32 deep (28mm).

So which is it? "large capacity - each compartment holds 60 aspirin" or "each compartment holds 30 aspirin tablets" 5/8" deep or 1" deep?

The compartments are not large enough to hold 60 aspirin. I don't even think the whole case would hold that many. The size is misleading. Without looking at it, I would say it may hold 4-6 aspirin per compartment.

What is the size of each compartment?

Measurement is 13 centimeters long. As you can see about a dime size across. So in inches: the box is 5” long & each compartment is 5/8”x1”x5/8”deep. Hope this helps
