Absolutely outstanding - it is the same clean as our regular dishwashing detergent but without the chemical foam in my cup of water :)

I found this product to work just as well as any other dishwashing detergent on the market. Yes, there are times when my silverware comes out with a little food on it, but that has always happened to me, and I think it has more to do with not rinsing very sticky food off beforehand and/or overloading the basket. Otherwise, my stuff comes out nice and clean with no streaks or residue. I find the scent of other detergents nauseating, so I really appreciate that Grab Green is unscented. My dishes and plastic tupperware come out nice and fresh - they don't smell like chemicals or the food that was in them either. I am on my second 132 load package. Well... technically, it's my third. The first package I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The second, not so much. Several of the tablets were broken. However, I had a great experience exchanging for a new package. I returned the damaged item with a free UPS label. The replacement arrived within two days of filing the return online - once again, in perfect condition (no broken tablets). I was able to pack up the defective item in the replacement's box and bubble wrap, which was convenient since I hadn't saved the original shipping box.

I happened up on the review for the "new" C'de w/o phosphates and learned that my white filmy/coating problem was NOT just the hard water here (and I didn't think it was) or something in the water otherwise. Other shoppers described my problem perfectly and it was linked to the new C'de. Since last fall, flatware and dishes I had used for 25-30 years were suddenly developing terrible coatings on them and/or were becoming discolored. SOOOO...I tried this GRAB GREEN Auto DW Det after researching new ones meeting the phosphate requirement. We have been pleased since the first cycle and plan on continuing to use it. I gave it only 4 starts because we have had a FEW things stuck to plates, but that's probably our fault and not the detergents. (I think it's boys not rinsing well or things sitting longer before washing). Even some of my plates and flatware that Ca'cde messed up have been improved over time as they are washed in the DW w/ Grab Green. It's worth a try!

This product works well and is easy to use. I've used other brands of non toxic dishwasher detergents that didn't seem to clean as well as this. However - my last order - the pods are ill formed (like they were wet or had a big weight on them) and the dispenser in the dishwasher won't open, leaving dishes unclean. I'd had to manipulate and sometimes open the pods to get the detergent out and put it in the dispenser. I had to throw away a few and these are not inexpensive. I may go back to liquid. When it works it works well though.

My husband and I discovered that you can put one of these pods in your silverware tray, and with your regular washing cycle, you'll have clean dishes without spots. I am grateful that this product is non-toxic and very easy to use. The price seems high at first, but if you calculate how many loads you'll be able to wash, you'll probably have more peace of mind.
