While the support is pretty good, the memory foam holds my head well while on my back, and the cool surface is absolutely great, the problem comes when I shift to my normal side-stomach position due to my sciatica. Support is OK, cooling still is good, but the overall shape of the pillow doesn’t allow for the most comfortable position for my neck and left shoulder (since I’m kinda broad across that area). Now that I’ve seen others that are larger and more accommodating for my build, and I missed my return window for this, I’m gonna invest in another one soon and donate this to a friend or family member…after I do a lil cleanup on it, natch. But you can do worse than this one…the cool layer alone is what made this four stars.

After a car accident in 2009 I always had neck problems and sometimes I was waking up due to headache or stiff neck. I wish I discovered this pillow earlier. When it arrived I immediately began using it. It totally changed my sleep. First - after two weeks the swelling at the bottom of neck it completely gone. My sleep is deeper and much more rested than before. No more stiff neck in the morning. I am comfortable no matter how I sleep: on my back or on either side. Also I love that I can place my hand comfortably and don’t need to think where I put it. This totally worth the price I paid. Probably the best money spent this year. Pillow quality is superior. Design is perfect. Also I love a cooling effect of the cover. I was worried that my sensitive skin won’t appreciate the contact with this pillow, but I actually like the feeling of my face touching this pillow.

Best sleep in a while! The commercials are correct, if you're not getting the sleep you want, check out your pillow. Yes, I splurged on a pillow! But the thing is, you want to splurge when it comes to sleep. Don't get a cheap pillow where you will be tossing and turning at night and wake up restless. Also, for me, I no longer wake up with neck or shoulder pain. I like how the pillow is very supportive and adjustable. Depending on if you have a short neck or a long neck, you may need to turn the pillow around. The area with grey in the middle is for taller or longer neck people. My husband tried my pillow and he said it was nice, but he wasn't willing to pay more. I sleep on the side where there is full white and I get shoulder and neck support. I sleep both on my back and side. I just have to figure out how I can clean it as it's really bulky in shape that a pillowcase doesn't truly fit on it.

I could not sleep with his pillow and gave me migraines. I tried to give it time so I can get used to it like it asks you to do, but my neck hurts so bad and by the time I gave her a time it was too late and I could not return it And it was very hot to sleep with, but the main thing was it was very hard when you lay on your side, your ears would hurt the bone in your ears. So that was a big waste of my money. I was told this was the new and holier than thou Pillow of the year and I had to order it. It was from the chiropractors suggestion now I feel like an idiot I wasted a lot of money on it, not on just the pillow, but then I had to order another pillow so if I were you, I would not waste my money

Bought this for my husband who loves folding his pillow at night for extra support. Needless to say, it is reasonably priced and a quality product. Not to mention, it comes with a removeable zippered case for easy washing and is my husbands favorite pillow. He no longer had neck and shoulder pain and this was a great alternative than spending $300+ on another pillow for side sleepers. Helps with his snoring and brings back his ability to dream, he loves this pillow and says its super comfortable along with being a good purchase.
