Best Probiotic on the market for your gut. I have had to learn through many years of trial and error that more isn't better. I've even been in RX and VSL#3 and these are simply superior. These are 2 million and I can take over 100 million or even billion and not get the same result as Bio-Kult. It's in the strains that are used and then each strain has hubdreads if strains and it's about strains and the quality of those strains not the millions or billion of inferior strains. The Biokult was so strong that when I first started taking them I had to open the capsule and take 1/3 as a whole tablet cause for toxic fading off than I could handle ( now why didn't the billion strength RX cause this reaction if 2 million strength of Biokult did ?!? It's about strains not number strength) this is the best Probiotic I can find and have tried to date for Gut health. It helps my leaky gut, inability to digest foods, food allergies, immune system and energy level as well as , dare I say , shead a few pounds! And I can tell mentally when I'm taking this and when I'm not!! Do the gut / brain connection is indeed real... now I pictured Pro-15 Probotic as I read this one would survive the digestive acids and aids in upper and lower colon/ intestinal issues. Well it does. I could tell immediately with My IBD , IBS and diviticulitis. I havnt had a IBD (Inflammatory bowel disease) attack since starting these Pro-15. That being said because of the coating on them to last through the digestive track I could tell they went doing what Bio Kult was doing for my gut. So for me these two are the perfect marriage. I rotate taking one then the other every other day and this seems to be what I need to aid my gut and lower intestines... so far I've not found a better combination.

Cannot say enough good stuff about this product. I was using it to try to improve my immune system. I have tried various and sundry things but when I started this product I could see and feel difference. I read the label before making a big trip with several 7 hour plane rides. Normally just 3 hours on a plane will lay me out for days with a sinus infection and chills - fever etc. that goes with it and a week of antibiotics which I do NOT want - so accordingly I took the 4 a day recommended for when you travel - Thank goodness - not sick. My sinus which always were in pain over my eyebrows - no pain - no draining all day - LOVE THIS PRODUCT - I have tried at least 10 different ones before discovering this one - and it is now my go-to - I even sent it to my family - for the adults - and even the children - You can open the caps and put some in the food/bottle - my new grandbaby is thriving - she had suffered so much at first - I would urge everyone to try this product

I have been taking this probiotic while pregnant to help with overall health and regularity and I feel it is working well. It contains 14 live bacterial cultures and is approved by the Vegetarian Society. The directions for use approve it safe for kids, adults, and pregnancy (all as approved by your primary care provider). I can notice a difference when I don't use it and it was referred to me from an adviser; I am glad that I took their advice. I take one daily and I am attaching a photo here to help people visualize the size. I do not have any issues swallowing it or tolerating it once ingested. To note, it may contain soy or milk for those with noted allergies. This probiotic is gluten-free and doesn't contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Can also be stored at room temp and swallowed whole or pulled apart and sprinkled onto food or mixed with a drink. I have never opened a capsule to know if it has a taste or if it dissolves well, however. I have re-purchased since initial buy and would recommend to friends and family. I was happy with the transaction and product arrived well before its projected expiration date printed on the bottom of the box.

From only these I have better digestive health.

I've tried a lot of probiotics, and this is the only one that I can take without getting bloated and feeling yucky. I am lactose intolerant with a long list of other problems, so I was a little nervous to try this strand of probiotics because they were strong. I've taken the full dose with no problem whatsoever. That is a pretty big deal. It definitely has my five star vote. I've also researched through the company and love what they stand for. Their quality of products is very high and their standards are very high. As with everything, not one thing is for every person, but this thing worked for me like magic. I have noticed that my lactose intolerance is almost gone. That is a huge deal too! Especially since I've had it all my life!

This probiotic is the only one that will not iriitate my stomach. A great product.

There are a lot of probiotics out there that cost a lot less. When asked about taking probiotics, most people think that having a yogurt will give them the level of probiotics that will help their bodies. Not true. probiotics in capsules contain billions of beneficial bacteria, and the variety of bacteria and packaging of the capsule are essential for it to be effective. while I am not an expert on probiotics I found that not having to refrigerate it made it easier for taking when traveling, and as to efficacy, my four year old daughter who suffers from cold sores found almost immediate relief when taking bio-kult probiotics. The capsules can be opened and sprinkled in water or juice and if mixed well can be consumed unnoticed.

I'm not sure if product was effective as my case if different. I bought to help servers psoriasis. My diet is void of HFCS (high Fructose Corn Syrup), sugars, and I eat fruits, vegetables and organic foods. I only drink juice and alkaline water with a ph 9.5. I used it for a week before. After 7 days had worse flare up ever lasted almost a week and a half with my using usual conteracting foods. So not recommended if you have psoriasis. Will only flare up bad to worse. P&G align was more effective for the time I was on it. Just tried cause it seemed to help another person with psoriasis quickly.

I have had sinus infections for years, including nasal surgery. The doctors would just keep punching antibiotics and corticosteroids into me. I also used Nielmed rinse. This all became too much when the harder I tried to wash/clean, the more infections I was getting. Staphylococcus aureus was identified as the source and a particular nasty stain of antibiotics was used for a month, destroying my natural biome. I then started getting massive stomach and gut issues, along side my nasal infections. I eventually went to a FODAMAP diet to help the stomach, a specialist gastroenterologist and a nasal specialist. The nasal specialist explained that the antibiotics should not have been used due to Staphylococcus aureus being natural. The culprit was a candida infection that was persistent, moving into the space created by the antibiotics and going berserk, in my nose, affecting my stomach. My stomach/bowel after examination, was cleared of any nasties but it was explained to me that I now had a sensitive stomach and I would be on medication. My doctor recommended these Bio-Kult Advanced Multi-Strain Formulation for Digestive System, which the specialist rolled his eyes over, but I tried them initially two tablets once a day, with a healthy skepticism. To my surprise, the pain in my bowel has lessened to an occasional grumble when I eat the wrong thing and the sinuses have improved. I am now able to use the steroid again without sharp pains in my bowel 4 hours later. I also felt an improvement of my wellbeing and overall mood. Those of you with these issues I believe can and will be able to relate to that. I do not use any stomach/bowel medication and I control my stomach symptoms using FODMAP but I am gradually introducing the less tolerated carbs back into my diet. It really worked for me and I shall be buying some more to aid both symptoms.
