Dymatize ISO100 Protein Powder, 100% Whey Isolate, Cinnamon Cereal

I really like this flavor protein in my iced coffee. It's my go to every morning. I've had zero gut issues with this brand and I have a very sensitive stomach. I can't tolerate a lot of things so to find a protein that works for me is pretty exciting. It's very easy to digest. It mixes really well with my milk using a frother and then poured over coffee with ice. There is no grainy texture or quality to it. It also smells so good! I really enjoy this protein powder.

This taste amazing. One thing though product usage says to mix one scoop with like 5 ounces of your choice water or milk. I use unsweetened almond milk and totally disregarded that amount I used 12 ounces like I mix my other powders. So unless you want it super thick and chunky disregard 5 ounces. It tasted totally fine and was filling with 12 ounces.

Macros are great at only 110 calories. Taste is not bad but also nothing great. It taste like a watered down version of cereal milk, if you don’t like your protein shakes too sweet then this is probably for you. I personally wouldn’t buy again. Also not good for things like overnight oats.

I have always liked this protein. But I made a mistake. The last time I bought birthday cake, fruity pebbles I didn’t know they combine the flavors. It wasn’t good fruity pebbles is good though also, I wasn’t crazy about the cinnamon cereal flavor . Fruity pebbles, cocoa, pebbles, and chocolate peanut butter are great.

Seriously tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. This is insanely delicious. It mixes so easily. I mix a serving of this in a reduced amount of water (10ish ounces) and pour it over ice and espresso for a delicious iced coffee. I personally don't even have to add any additional sweetener or other coffee syrups. It's also perfect on its own. Bonus for using a serving of it over cereal as a milk alternative. Silly, but way more protein than milk alone!

They could tell me they lied and there isn't any nutritional value and I still wouldn't care. It tastes that great, I'm blown away.

This is my all time favorite protein powder! ISO protein is great overall because it dissolves very well in water or milk and doesn't leave a gritty texture or clumps. The cinnamon cereal tastes just like you finished a bowl of the popular sweet cinnamon cereal! This protein is my top option for a breakfast meal replace or a late night sweet treat. ISO protein is a great option for a meal replacement or protein addition before or after the gym. At 25 grams of protein per scoop it offers a great addition to hit your protein goals!
