Kids toy loader
It is very fast.. I'd say a nice kids toy for a 4 yo or above.. you can't load a dump truck of the same scale.. Not for sandpile use.. only on floor or driveway with small amount of loose powdery sand on it. Pick up sand and dump that's about.. drive it like you would a car and they will have a ball of a time.. not for adult.

Nice quality
Not annoyingly loud my 9 yr old boy will sit for hours playing in the dirt. Seem to be reasonably durable as my child is really rough on toys and he hasn't broken anything on this yet.
