[Concentration In Order: Grapeseed (Highest)-> Jojoba-> Sesame-> Castor-> Vitamin E-> Rosemary-> Biotin (Lowest); I Don't Know How Much Each Oil Concentration, Most Likely ~90%± is Grapeseed, Jojoba & Sesame] [Can this even be called Rosemary oil?] What I Don't Like: Scent Name: Rosemary (Where Is Rosemary Scent?)
