Highly recommended!
Had to sort a replacement as my first product had a maufacture failing. Cricut customer service required a video of the issue but replaced straight away after with no arguments and in fact we're extremely easy to navigate their customer service!

BEWARE! Not compatible outside USA!!!
BEWARE!! This product comes from, and only works in, the USA. It is US 110 volts not UK 240 volts. From other reviewers, if you use an adapter not all functions will work! Should have been clearly stated in product description, or better still not advertised outside of Amazon US. Unable to cancel it before it was dispatched. RETURNED WITHOUT EVEN OPENING. Came with US power cable . Had to order UK compatible cable.

This looks great. Unfortunately I can't use it as it has an American plug and I am in the UK.

Arrived no English plug bought the adapter and then I added it but all I did was got hot and the lights flashed

Product purchased to start a Small sublimation business, so far is working as should be do it. Heat Level: The heat level is perfect for the blank mug we are using. We bought AAA mug to use this machine, also this product came with some mugs from the same brand Cricut. Build quality: The machine is built in excellent material, looks strong and very durable. Color: Pressure: When you close the lid the machine apply the right pressure to the mug, the excellent picture printed in the mug is proof of that. Value for money: For the price I think is a very good option, even of you are a starter like us. Functionality: Very functional for mugs 11 or 12 oz capacity. And the time to get done is relatively quick. When is working smell so different so recommended use in a ventilated area.

Diese Mugpress kommt aus den USA, leider wird nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass man sie nicht an eine 230V-Steckdose anschließen kann. Wäre in der deutschen Produktbeschreibung vielleicht eine erwähnenswerte Info auf der deutschen Amazon-Seite. Bin echt enttäuscht!

Its not working in uae and warranty is void once it go outside USA, tried to activate 2 of the same product bought from USA but still giving error.

la pude configurar pero despues de usarla 2 veces dejo de calentar y me aparece un mensaje que mi cricut mug press fue desactivada, contacte a cricut y la atencion al cliente es muy buena, necesitaba una actualizacion
