Does this come in a women's cut? Can they have a custom lettering to the back of the vest?

Don't know about women's sizes or fit. There is no lettering on the vest - I think you'd have to get that done yourself.

I'm 5'6 ft and 150 lb. what is the right size for me?

Awesome quality for a work vest!

The quality is awesome. But, if you're a big dude like me, this product even in the largest size is way too tight. [ I am 6'3" 320 lbs, I am putting that out there for anyone else who is a big guy looking at this item. ] If I was a skinny guy, there would be nothing but positive things to be said, heck I even give this product 5 Stars despite being too tight for guys my size.
