Is it suitable for a shower base in a Motorhome

I don't know about a shower base but I did use it successfully on a swimming pool liner.

Is this suitable for waterproofing plywood?

I wouldn't think so as it's designed for swimming pools.

Does anyone know if it can be painted over bitumen?

This product is not suitable to overcoat Bitumen based products. The solvents will soften the Biutmen and bleedthrough the film. A waterbased option may be better suited.
