Helped with sleep
This product was recommended to us by a local health food store. My husband has trouble sleeping. He had been taking liquid melatonin. Two droppers made him groggy. He didn't seem to think two of these helped. BUT, if he takes 1 dropper of melatonin and one of these pills, he is sleeping better.

Good ingredients, but didn’t help me
Seems like a good supplement but I took the entire bottle and noticed no difference in sleep. Tolerated it ok. Easy to take.

Didn’t work for me
This was a fairly miserable experiment - like other reviewers, I woke up repeatedly through the night all three nights I took it. Worse for me, though, was the inflammatory response I had to it - I woke up all three mornings with an awful headache, and my liver and GI systems just rebelled leaving me nauseous, achy, and irritable. And my sleep tracker showed I actually got less deep sleep than I did without the supplement. This is a no from me!

Works well! Love this brand!
It was good! Works well. Take it about an hour before bedtime, and I fall asleep quick! The price was a little to expensive, and since I already have other supplements for bedtime, I quit taking this one. Positive notes: no upset stomach after taking. Seems to digest well. The health benefits were that I slept well, but was able to find more cost efficient options. The amount of each supplement in the packaging was average to low, and I needed a little more to help with sleep through the night. Overall, it’s a good bedtime starter if you just have a little issue with sleep, and are sensitive to supplements.
