Good simple product.
Good basic dependable quality from a British household name. A good quantity for the price. Simple down to earth quality and value for money. Sorry if this sounds like a commercial but this is basically what I like about Allinsons :)

Good For Baking Bread
I make bread twice a week. Sometimes I add this plain bread flour to heavier flours to make a lighter loaf, it works fine.
