Absolute junk!! The plastic threads are a rough mate and the quick connect is a poor connection requiring you to stand and hold the fitting entire time. Do yourself a favor and purchase the west marine flush master.

Works as designed

I bought this intending to leave the screw in part connected to the outboard but found it did'nt really work out. Firstly if you leave it in place there is no visual water jet when the motor is running. Secondly, every time I pushed the slide connector on it forced the rubber mounted tell tale fitting assembly inside the motor housing. So I've ababdoned the permanent attachment idea, thrown away the slide connector and just jubilee clipped the hose onto the screw in adaptor. This means I have to screw it in every time I flush the engine but it works fine.
