When I saw this book, I knew I had to buy it, let me tell you it doesn't disappoint! Just like Francesca Tolot, I was a tomboy and really didn't care about make up, but now I'm in my late 40's, I'm very much interested in make up. This book shows how you can take one woman, great photography and one of the best make up artist and she can become whatever she wants. This book is on my coffee table right this minute! If you like make up and great photography this is the book for you.

Great imagery. Francesca is one of my favorite makeup artists so to see this collection come together over the years in her career is amazing. It really shows you how great make up paired with great lighting and photography can make a compelling image. The coffee table book or a great book for a make up studio. Do not buy if you're wanting to learn how to do some of her make up techniques. Not that type of book.

Highly recommended. This book is exquisite in concept and execution. Truly, a work of art! Aesthetically, it has a lot to offer artists, photographers, and people who want to push past preconditioned concepts of female beauty and power. Enjoy!
