Great Overall Multivitamin!
Great Multivitamin, I feel more recovered and more nourished after my first 30 days. Great dosages, there isn't much of a taste, which is good, the value is great IMO, they feel good with the texture being soft. I know all of my cells and fibers are enjoying the added micronutrients, I definitely recommend!
