The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my son and he has not stopped printing things since he first installed it. App is easy to navigate and use. The printer is incredible- I’ve never seen a 3D printer work before and it’s undeniably cool. I know there are higher quality (and price) printers out there but this one has been a 10/10 for the cost. Definitely recommend!

Pros - easy to use when working. Bought for 10 year old and he can operate. Definitely designed with kids in mind.Cons: Printer nozzle continually gets clogged mid print.. first 6 prints were fine, then the quality of prints started to detonate. Then machine would act like is printing but no print material coming through and a knocking sound could be heard. Uclogged print head with supplied tools and worked fine for a small print job. However, during next print job - midway through print, went to check on job and head was moving but no filament coming through - the print head clogged up mid job. Cleaned nozzle out again, worked fine for a job then clogged again mid print (same filament).About ready to return if support can not figure out what is wrong . Hoping they can figure out the issue as I have invested a lot of time on understanding the printer. My son loves this, but makes no sense to continually clog, wasting filament and a complete time sync for me.Will update review if support finds and addresses the issue.Update - after dealing with support for a week no progress has been made. I get a question asked and I respond then 24 hours another question is asked. Often the question asked is something already asked and answered. The support is not efficient or effective.

First off the app errors are legit. I had this as a Christmas gift and almost launched it across the room trying to set it up. With that said there is a computer program that works wonders. I have stopped messing with the app and only use the computer program and will be keeping the printer. It does take a bit of playing with the settings to find the best way to print some files but once you get it to work it’s a good product for the money.

The media could not be loaded. For its price, it does a great job! I’m really a beginner when it comes to 3d printing but I was able to navigate the app and print outside source 3d models. It comes with its own filament, and really easy to install. Printed within 5 mins of opening the box. The toy I printed in the photos took 1 hour which was not bad because the print quality was great. This printer sits ontop of my dresser and does not take up space at all. OVERALL I am so satisfied with this 3d printer, as a 24 year old, I feel like a kid again so happy with a new toy

First printer arrived and did not print. Contacted company and returned for exchange. Received refurbished model with no notice. Still does not connect or print. Junk. Do not buy.

Never tried the product but the return took forever and Aoseed did not cover the shipping back which was substantial. Amazon worked with me to make it right but frustrating process with Aoseed.

Got this for our 9yo grandson for Christmas; he and his dad are having fun with it, and no issues so far.

It worked until it did not. It had a file upload error. Should have been a simple fix. Aoseed Customer Service did not come through so I returned it to Amazon.
