My son had a PC before this one. He told me he wished I would have purchased this PC before I wasted my money on the other one. Which was very loud. He uses a 27” monitor and I’m impressed with the sound quality and the multi screen display. My son is a professional gamer

Stopped working
My son was playing on the PC it was running just fine and all of a sudden it just switched to this screen. I disconnected everything and put everything back together restarted the PC and it just keeps getting stuck here. It won’t recognize the keyboard or mouse that came with it from time to time as well.

Terrible customer support. My computer arrived with a bad power supply that died on the same day as it arrived.

graphic board beyond repair after 10 months
It was a good computer when I bought but 10 months after using the graphic board was damaged beyond repair. Just one of the more expensive parts of the computer and until now, no way to fixed by the selling company. What a shame.

It has internal Cables Disconnected! And not Running!
It has Internal Cables Disconnected. I have no technical expertise to connect the cables. I am afraid to connect them and have no idea how to connect them since I do not want to damage the PC. There are a couple of cables inside of the PC disconnected and the PC is not running. This is the second PC - the replacement. The first PC had no Audio. I have to Return it Again! This time I am not replacing it but just returning it. It also came with no cables just the power cable. The first pc came with cables to connect to the monitor. This came with no cable to connect to the monitor so I cannot even connect it to the monitor even if I wanted to.

Loud and Buggy
Its super loud, gave me a green screen once. Was buggy when trying to reset it. Fan LED's are kinda sketchy to figure out. Returning a $1000 PC ain't too fun either. I'm hoping it arrives in one piece and i get my money back somewhat promptly.
