I purchased two of these security cameras three weeks ago and have been genuinely impressed with the overall quality and performance. The video clarity is clear during the day and sharp at night as well, giving me peace of mind around the clock. Setup was easy, and the intelligent tracking feature works incredibly well — the 360° motion tracking really helps cover every angle without needing constant adjustments. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. Initially, one of the solar panels wasn’t charging the camera properly, and I reached out for assistance. The support team was responsive, helpful, and took the time to guide me through troubleshooting and placement recommendations. Thanks to their advice, I relocated the panel to a better spot with more direct sunlight, and since then the camera has maintained a constant charge without any issues. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both cameras and especially appreciative of the excellent after-sales support. Great quality, reliable performance, and a company that truly helps when needed.

I installed this 4-camera solar system around my house and it has worked great so far. Setup was straightforward and the cameras connected to the base station without any issues. The solar panels keep the batteries charged, so I don’t have to worry about taking them down to recharge. The video quality is clear (especially during the day) and the color night vision is surprisingly good. Motion detection works well and the auto-tracking feature is a nice bonus for following movement in the yard. I also like that there are no subscription fees and recordings can be stored locally. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a wireless security system that’s easy to install and low maintenance. Good value for the price.

I purchased these for a leased space due to the easy install, wireless functionality, onboard storage, and resolution. I set them all up which was very straightforward and after a decent amount of time with them, am very happy with the results. I previously used an Arlo system and I can say the video quality of the Ansque is great during both day and night time and the user can select whether the camera uses infrared "night vision" light or have color night vision where a bight set of LEDs lights up the subject. A great function is the ability to move the camera 360 degrees in the app and set the default "zone" which is very convenient instead of moving the camera manually, then checking an app to make sure you got it right. There is a lot of foot traffic and vehicle traffic in my scenario and the cameras send an alert almost immediately, usually from two cameras because they will track the same subject together, moving both up down and side to side to keep the subject in frame. There are so many customizable settings, all of which work very well, to help make the best of the setup.' One concern of mine was if the power went out, nothing would be uploaded to a cloud since the base station would be effectively dead, like how my Arlo system was. Fortunately each camera has onboard storage so they never miss an event, even if the power goes out or the camera loses connection with the base station. The only issue I had which was no fault of the brand, was that the base station couldn't communicate through multiple concrete and metal walls. I asked customer service via the app if they recommended a wifi extender and almost immediately a real person replied and sent links to an outdoor and indoor wifi extender. I purchased one of the recommended ones and now everything functions perfectly. I would definitely use this brand again.

The two ptz cameras worked exactly as advertised! The wireless cameras replace the old wired cameras that were slow and did not provide a good picture. These cameras are HD and deliver crisp image detail with smooth control of the remotely controlled ptz function. You are able to also select the 360 function in the app so that the camera knows exactly where it can rotate and maps the view. You then just simply tap on the picture and the camera snaps to that part of the image and focuses on it! Battery life is very good and that's in freezing weather. I charged it once fully and have not had to charge it again. I had the free extra solar panel shipped to me but don't think I will need it as I was concerned with a shaded corner of the house next to a hill. The cameras are very simple to install and come with all the hardware you need. The entire package from the box it came in to the cameras themselves are very good quality and made very well! I am also impressed with the wireless range of these cameras as I thought that would be an issue with my aluminum sided house but it was not and have had the cameras over 75 feet from the camera hub they communicate with and it worked just fine. I love the multicam feature as well as it with one click lets you view all cameras LIVE so you know what going on around you immediately! Customer support is excellent and has it built into the app and they have already reached out to me to see If I got the system and later the free supplemental solar panel, that I didn't have to use. I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and encourage all those who have run wires around your house and know how hard it it getting it installed to just get mediocre performance to not hesitate but buy these wireless cameras! You will not regret the purchase!

This is the first security system I have ever tried. I investigated them years ago but most at that time were wired in and/or required a subscription and were pretty expensive. Those that didn’t had lower ratings. This system uses solar panels & there is no subscription required. I have been using it now for about six weeks. It is fairly easy to set up although since I had no previous experience there was a slight learning curve. This caused me to have to contact their customer service multiple times. They are truly excellent. They are responsive, polite, professional, very patient & helpful. Seems to be a small team as much of my contact has been with Cissy who is wonderful. Others of note are Gay and Kyle. Not long ago a camera was added to the original four so I now have five cameras. This camera replaced the camera monitoring the driveway which after many manipulations still didn’t seem to perform correctly & would not follow someone walking. The new one seems to function better & does a better job of following a walker. Unfortunately, adding a camera was a ridiculously complicated process which required me to completely reset all the functions of all the other cameras so it was like starting all over again. The cost of this system is reasonable in my opinion & the pictures/video are clear. I only think the cameras should follow a person better than they do, however some of my expectation could be due to my inexperience with surveillance systems in general. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. Four stars because the system itself I would rate 3 to 4. Their customer service I would rate a 5.

I ordered this camera kit to replace other cameras that I bought years ago and were slowly removing themselves from my network (and not letting me reset or reconnect). I have to say that these were certainly the most simple and straightforward cameras I've ever installed. The hardest part of the installation was trying to figure out where to put them to get the most coverage :-D. Two of the four cameras would not let me complete the setup, however, there was another place to set the default zone for the camera, so no worries on that. They all are working as they should. I think it took only a few minutes to set up and configure. The cameras have decent range, thanks to the dual antennas and the video quality is very good. I am impressed with the zoom capability and clarity at full zoom. If you are on the fence about buying these, I say that for the money, they are very well built, set up very easily and have great picture quality as well as great night vision. Online support has been friendly and very prompt, which I can't say for the previous cameras. I highly recommend these.

It’s overwhelming and confusing at best when shopping for wireless outdoor security cameras. So many choices! When I ran across the ANSQUE security camera system I was really interested - and the price for 4 wireless cameras was absolutely affordable. They are highly rated from customer reviews so I bought them! The installation is not that difficult - took me about an hour and I’m NOT tech person at all. Cameras seem well built and really sturdy. The built in solar panels on top just need to catch a few hours sunlight every day to maintain their charge. So under the eave of your house may not be optimal mounting location. Video clarity is pretty good for the price and there’s lots of setting options for each camera. I did lose power to one camera and contacted Customer Support who replied IMMEDIATELY. Cissy with Customer Care Team determined a new replacement camera was necessary since I couldn’t get that one to power back on. She sent new one out ASAP and I got it up and running in just a few days. You CANNOT ASK FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The only thing that can be improved is the attachment point of the camera to the mounting bracket. A metal camera bracket and wall bracket I think would be better in my opininon. But I rate this system at 5 STARS!!!! I don’t think you can beat it for what it offers, price, and Customer Service.

I’ve honestly had a great experience with these cameras. During a move, I lost 4 of the mounting pieces that attach the cameras to the wall, so I reached out to their support through the app. After only a few messages, they sent replacements to my house and even extended my warranty by 6 months. The support team was super nice, quick to respond, and made the whole thing really easy. The cameras themselves work really well. The solar charging is legit after the first charge, the sun has kept them fully charged with no problems, even in the Chicago area. Video quality is clear, motion detection and auto-tracking work great, and the cameras move smoothly. The app is simple to use, I’ve had no issues with it, and there’s no subscription that is required but you could get one for cloud storage and some other things not sure but it’s really good. Overall, great product and even better customer service. Definitely recommend.

Je cherchais une solution de surveillance simple, sans abonnement et capable de tenir le coup dans nos hivers québécois. Mission accomplie, et même au-delà de mes attentes. L’installation, un vrai jeu d’enfant. Autant la fixation murale que le branchement réseau se fait en quelques minutes. Les instructions sont claires, bien illustrées, et accessibles même si on n’est pas particulièrement habile avec la technologie. Ce qui m’a vraiment impressionné, c’est le soutien technique. J’ai eu deux questions en cours d’installation : réponse rapide, professionnelle, aussi bien par texto que par chat en direct. (J’ai même reçu un appel par téléphone). On sent qu’il y a une vraie équipe derrière le produit, pas juste une boîte qu’on reçoit et après c’est débrouille-toi. La caméra elle-même? Image nette en 2K, vision nocturne en couleur qui surprend agréablement, vue à 360° avec suivi automatique des mouvements. Elle détecte aussi bien les humains que les animaux, utile pour ne pas rater ce qui se passe dans la cour arrière. Bon à savoir : ce n’est pas une caméra en enregistrement continu comme en magasin, mais pour surveiller une entrée, une cour ou un garage, c’est parfaitement adapté. 10/10 Elle tient tête aux éléments. Pluie, vent, neige… depuis son installation, elle n’a pas bronché. Exactement ce dont on a besoin au Québec. Et le meilleur pour la fin : zéro frais mensuel. Le stockage local fait le travail, sans vous lier à un abonnement cloud à vie. L’interface est fluide, multilingue et en français, et facile à naviguer même pour les moins technos de la famille. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour qui veut une surveillance fiable, autonome et sans surprise sur la facture. 👍

Je suis très satisfait de ces caméras. Notamment de la distance de détection d'environ 10m voir plus et du suivi très réactif d'une personne. J'ai installé différentes marques dans ma famille et celles ci ont été les plus simples à configurer. Résolution 2K / 3 MP : permet d’avoir des images assez détaillées pour identifier des visages ou des plaques d’immatriculation. Vision nocturne en couleur : la caméra dispose de LED très puissantes, ce qui rend la nuit plus “vivante” que des caméras classiques avec IR noir/ blanc. Zoom numérique : un zoom “6×” qui sert pour des petits détails à distance. J'arrive à voir si ma barrière est ouverte ou non à 50m Fonction PTZ (Pan / Tilt) à 360° horizontal + inclinaison jusqu’à 90° vertical, ce qui permet un balayage complet sans angle mort. Suivi automatique des mouvements : l’IA intégrée détecte les “formes humaines” et peut suivre les déplacements, ce qui évite de rater un mouvement quand quelqu’un traverse la zone surveillée. Détection intelligente : l’algorithme de détection humaine permet de réduire les fausses alertes (par exemple, animaux ou végétation). Le système inclut une Homebase avec 32 Go de stockage local : c’est très important, car cela signifie que les vidéos sont conservées localement sans passer par un cloud payant. Aucune redevance mensuelle : “zéro frais”, car tout est enregistré en local. Sécurité des données : le stockage est chiffré (“chiffrement de niveau financier”), ce qui renforce la confidentialité des vidéos. Alarme lumineuse et sonore : quand un mouvement est détecté, la caméra peut déclencher une alarme pour dissuader un intrus. Audio bidirectionnel : on peut parler via l’application avec la personne devant la caméra, idéal pour saluer un visiteur ou avertir quelqu’un. Effet de “modification vocale” : cela peut rendre votre voix moins reconnaissable, un plus pour la vie privée. Le Homebase joue aussi le rôle de répéteur Wi-Fi : cela améliore la stabilité du signal et permet de lancer les caméras plus rapidement. Double bande Wi-Fi : 2,4 GHz + 5 GHz, ce qui est un avantage quand vous avez différents réseaux ou besoin de débit. Très simple : le montage mural se fait rapidement (“percez 4 trous, vissez, c’est réglé”) en ~5 minutes. Câble type-C fourni : utile si vous avez besoin de recharger ou d’alimenter la caméra manuellement. Mon expérience : Installation : très fluide, l’application ANSQUE est intuitive. Le Homebase facilite la connexion car il stabilise le Wi-Fi, ce qui évite que les caméras “cherchent” indéfiniment votre réseau. Performance du panneau solaire : même en temps nuageux, la batterie reste bien alimentée. Cela donne une vraie autonomie toute l’année Qualité d’image : l’image est remarquable, particulièrement de nuit grâce à la vision couleur. Le suivi automatique est efficace et fluide . Alertes : l’alarme sonore + lumineuse comme un bon moyen de dissuasion. Le push de l’alerte sur le téléphone arrive rapidement, et l’audio bidirectionnel permet de communiquer si besoin. Limites : le panneau solaire n’est pas orientable ce qui peut poser problème selon l’angle du soleil et parfois pour l'installation Application : très bonne sur mobile Réglages préférés: Voici les réglages que je recommanderais pour maximiser l’utilité et l’autonomie : 1. Détection de mouvement Activer la détection IA humaine plutôt que tout mouvement : cela réduit considérablement les fausses alertes (par exemple, plantes, insectes). Paramétrer des zones d’alarme (“zone morte” / “zone prioritaire”) dans l’application. Cela permet de ne pas déclencher l’alarme quand un arbre bouge, mais de la déclencher quand une personne traverse le chemin. 2. Pan / Tilt Créer des “positions favorites” dans l’app : par exemple “zone entrée”, “zone allée”, “zone jardin” — cela permet de faire des balayages réguliers vers des points stratégiques. Activer le suivi automatique pour que la caméra suive les personnes quand elles bougent. 3. Alarme Régler l’alarme lumineuse + sonore pour qu’elle s’active uniquement en cas de détection humaine, sinon on peut être dérangé inutilement. Utiliser l’audio bidirectionnel pour avertir quelqu’un (ex : “Je vous vois, qui êtes-vous ?”) plutôt que d’utiliser systématiquement la sirène, cela peut être plus dissuasif et moins agressif. 4. Stockage Vérifier régulièrement l’utilisation des 32 Go dans la Homebase : si le débit d’alertes est élevé, faire des sauvegardes externes si besoin pour ne pas écraser des vidéos potentiellement importantes. Si possible, planifier un “effacement automatique” des anciennes vidéos (cycle en boucle) pour éviter de saturer le stockage, mais toujours garder des sauvegardes quand nécessaire. 5. Connectivité & Wi-Fi Placer le Homebase de façon centralisée et à portée “raisonnable” des caméras, afin d’utiliser au maximum l’extension Wi-Fi qu’il apporte. Profiter du double-bande : si votre box / routeur le permet, connecter le Homebase en 5 GHz pour un bon débit, mais garder du 2,4 GHz si certaines caméras sont “loin” ou ont un signal faible. 6. Gestion de l’énergie Vérifier l’angle du panneau solaire : même s’il n’est pas orientable, essayez de choisir un emplacement bien exposé au soleil quelques heures par jour pour maximiser la charge. Prendre l’habitude de vérifier l’état de la batterie dans l’app : en cas de décharge trop importante, prévoir un “boost” via le port USB-C. Configurer des alertes de “basse batterie” dans l’application pour être prévenu avant que la caméra ne tombe en panne.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le videocamere sono veloci da configurare e si controllano facilmente tramite la app che consente un livello di personalizzazione elevato. I pannelli solari funzionano perfettamente : anche in giornate di pioggia, le videocamere vengono caricate completamente in poche ore. Was für ein super Überwachungskamera Set!!!! Wir wohnen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit drei Parteien und haben uns dazu entschieden, dieses hochwertige Kameras Set zu kaufen. Und was soll ich sagen es war die beste Entscheidung, die wir je getroffen haben. Leider kommen bei uns immer wieder Sendungen nicht an, weswegen wir uns rechtfertigen müssen, wo die Sendung verblieben ist. Wir hoffen, dass das jetzt nicht mehr passiert denn mit diesen Kameras seit können wir den Dieb enttarnen. Es besteht aus vier Kameras, die unabhängig von jeder Steckdose oder Stromquelle funktionieren. Das ist möglich, weil sie ein Solarmodul integriert haben, wir waren es nicht sicher, ob das überhaupt für die ständige Überwachung reicht, aber nach einem längeren Test musste ich feststellen, dass der Akku immer wieder voll geladen wird und das obwohl die Kamera nicht mal im direkten Sonnenlicht hängt. Der automatische Nachverfolgung, wenn zum Beispiel eine Person erkannt wird, funktioniert perfekt. Auch über mehrere Kameras hinweg. Die Nachtsicht ist sehr gut, wobei man diese in schwarz-weiß und Farbe darstellen kann... falls gewünscht bekommt man bei jedem Ereignis auch automatisch eine Nachricht von der App zu gesendet. Gespeichert werden die Daten auf einer kleinen Homebase, die ausreichend viel Speicher hat, um mehrere Tage im Loop zu speichern. Selbst wenn ein Dieb oder Einbrecher die Kamera entfernen würde, sind die Daten trotzdem gesichert. Die Installation war kinderleicht, denn man muss jemals pro Kamera nur ein Halter anbringen, wo die Kamera darauf gesteckt wird und quasi ein rastet. Meine Anfang Bedenken, ob der Empfang am jeweiligen Ende des Grundstücks ausreicht, haben sich nicht bewahrheitet. In jeder Ecke ist ausreichend Empfang und das trotz mehreren Wänden und einer Entfernung von circa 20 m. Das Einrichten erfolgt über eine App, bei der man sich anmeldet und es schon losgehen kann. Die jeweilige Kamera einfach scannen und schon ist sie registriert und funktioniert. Das Set ist auf maximal vier Kameras ausgelegt. Sollte man mehr benötigen, braucht man eine zusätzliche Homebase und hat somit wieder ausreichend gespeichert. Kapazität um im Loop aufzuzeichnen. Ich bin mal gespannt, wie es sich in Zukunft entwickelt aber der momentane Eindruck ist sehr sehr gut. Somit würde ich auch das Set ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und vergebe volle fünf Sterne. Die Lieferung über Amazon erfolgte wie immer ohne Probleme, der Lieferumfang beinhaltet alle Schrauben beziehungsweise Installationsmaterial und Anleitungen, die gut verständlich sind. Zusätzlich kann man über den Support ein Kurz Video erhalten, in dem man genau sieht wie die Installation und die Inbetriebname abläuft.. Das nenn ich mal Kundenzufriedenheit. Sollte sich was weiteres ergeben, dass meine Bewertung verändert, werde ich dies natürlich in einem Nachtrag festhalten...

Per la videosorveglianza di casa e giardino ho testato tante videocamere, di marchi diversi (e devo dirlo, alcune veramente ottime) ma, sinceramente nessuna a livello di queste della ANSQUE. Oggi sono qui a testare questa kit di Telecamere WiFi con alimentazione solare, in pratica un sistema totalmente autosufficiente. All'interno della confezione che mi è stata consegnata ho trovato: - 2 telecamere WIFI con batteria interna e pannelli solari - una station extender - cavo type-C per la ricarica - Viti e tasselli per l'installazione - adesivi guida per foratura - manuale di istruzioni Tutto il kit viene consegnato ben protetto in un imballaggio di cartone. Si assembla in maniera semplicissima e si collega esclusivamente sotto rete WIFI (non è possibile collegare le telecamere tramite avo di rete). Le due telecamere hanno le classiche funzioni di prodotti similari: Risoluzione 2K Batteria integrata Zoom digitale 6x Rotazione automatica Visione notturna a colori e a infrarossi Auto-Tracking per il tracciamento automatico dei movimenti umani Audio bidirezionale per ascoltare e comunicare con l'esterno E' possibile gestire tutte le opzioni delle telecamere tramite l'app gratuita della ANSQUE scaricabile dagli store del proprio cellulare. Questo sistema della ANSQUE si differenzia dagli altri presenti sul mercato, oltre per la qualità dei prodotti, per l’offerta conveniente e, per il momento, unica. Non ci sarà mai bisogno di pagare nessun costo mensile o annuale per lo storage dei video ripresi dalle telecamere. E’ presente infatti uno spazio di allocazione integrato da 32 GB (un po' pochini in realtà) che riescono a gestire fino a 120 giorni di riprese in loop. La station funziona anche da range extender e questa consente di aumentare la portata delle telecamere. Le due telecamere del kit sono completamente autosufficienti in quanto alimentate dai pannelli solari che, in poche ore di sole riescono a ricaricare le batterie interne. Nel caso di interruzione elettrica (questa è la funzione più interessante) le telecamere continueranno a registrare e a salvare i dati sulla memoria anche se il wifi è momentaneamente disattivato. Ci sarebbe tanto altro da dire di questo splendido kit di videosorveglianza della ANSQUE e mi riservo di aggiornare questa mia recensione non appena avrò ulteriori dati rilevabili nel tempo. Queste telecamere della ANSQUE sono veramente spettacolari, un kit da avere assolutamente.
