Amazing!!!
I have been taking this Choline Bitartrate for the whole so far 6 months of my pregnancy. There was 3-4 days I didn’t take it due to a late shipment, and I could tell a HUGE difference with baby and myself. It helps my brain and babies brain by a mile!!! I recommend this to anyone I know who’s pregnant or planning to become! I also take two capsules of the total prenatal +DHA! I love that they are easy to swallow and have good ingredients. I personally take out the scent inserts for both of these because they taste and smell fine without!

Weird substance on some
This is a newly opened bottle. I found some pills that have a weird yellowish residue on them. Which is alarming. There was also a blue substance which I thought was mold somehow but that scraped off. I’m a little apprehensive to take this pills considering the strange substance. The plastic heart is scented to mask the smell of the pills. I have a strong sense of smell since I’m pregnant and it still smells strange. The link advertises that it’s for pregnancy/post natal but the bottle doesn’t really specify that so I went back to the link to double check if it was safe to take. The cap says it’s child proof. It is not.

Great price for choline and works great for pregnancy!
This item has no smell or distinct taste. It is easy to swallow! Slightly sticky but it depends on the humidity of where you live. Great quality and great price! Highly recommend for additional choline during pregnancy!
