Benro slim, legs malfunction
I have a larger Benro tripod, and i really love it. I travel a lot as a filmmaker and need something light. However Benro slim let me down twice. When I first ordered it it had a fault in one of the legs straight out of the box. However, i returned the tripod they replaced it with a new one very efficiently.A week later I was shooting in Ghana, one of the leg jammed on the second day and I struggled rest of the filming trip because of the tripod.I have been so busy, just didn’t have the time to returning it, only used it a day. Very unhappy with that model ... I feel let down by Benro.
