Would’ve gave 5 stars but item never came with a scoop, and it says on package scoop included. Spent a good 10 minutes digging to find out no scoop came. Would be appreciated if I get a scoop.

Ich trainiere seit längerer Zeit regelmäßig Krafttraining und habe in den letzten Jahren schon verschiedene Kreatin-Produkte ausprobiert. Dieses Kreatin hat mich jedoch wirklich überzeugt. Das Pulver ist extrem fein gemahlen, lässt sich problemlos in Wasser oder im Shake auflösen und ist komplett geschmacksneutral – kein unangenehmer Nachgeschmack, kein Klumpen, auch nicht bei kaltem Wasser.Ich nehme täglich eine konstante Dosis und habe bewusst auf eine Ladephase verzichtet. Nach etwa 1–2 Wochen habe ich im Training einen klaren Unterschied gemerkt: mehr Kraft, vor allem bei schweren Grundübungen, bessere Spannung in der Muskulatur und insgesamt mehr Leistungsfähigkeit über mehrere Sätze hinweg. Auch die Regeneration zwischen den Trainingseinheiten fühlt sich spürbar besser an.Besonders positiv finde ich das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Qualität ist hochwertig, gut verträglich und verursacht bei mir keinerlei Magenprobleme. Für alle, die ernsthaft Kraft aufbauen oder ihre Trainingsleistung steigern möchten, ist dieses Kreatin aus meiner Sicht eine sehr gute Wahl.Ich werde es definitiv wieder kaufen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

It does not have the best solvability that I've ever seen in a Creatine, but it does the trick. I'm happy with my purchase overall.

La sto prendendo regolarmente dall’estate 2025 e mi sto trovando molto bene. Non ho avuto effetti indesiderati e, almeno per la mia esperienza personale, noto dei benefici nell’allenamento e nella costanza. Mi piace molto il fatto che sia senza gusto, perché si può mescolare facilmente con acqua o altre bevande senza cambiare il sapore.Si scioglie bene e non lascia una sensazione fastidiosa quando la bevo. Anche la confezione è pratica, perché nella parte superiore ha una chiusura in velcro che si richiude bene. La polvere all’interno non fa grumi e rimane facile da dosare.Il misurino è incluso nella confezione, però bisogna cercarlo un po’ perché spesso si trova in mezzo alla polvere. Non è un grande problema, ma all’inizio può non essere subito visibile.Per me rimane una creatina valida, semplice e affidabile, infatti l’ho già comprata più volte.
