This is an easy way to get your daily D3, K2, and Magnesium. Be aware that Magnesium can help you sleep deeply, but it can also make you sleepy depending on when you take it. I find the results here as expected and I find them effective. The ingredients and amounts of each vitamin and mineral are comparable with other brands I've used. Good value for the price. These are gel caps with no taste and they are very easy to swallow.
