It's OK I have bought this in the past and didn't rate it very high but after trying other brands this did equal them, but slightly cheaper. Once sprayed it cools the feet a little but doesn't last. There is a very slight menthol scent, nothing overpowering. Now with suffering from Neuropathy my feet hurt and this does ease that ache, and dials down the burn for a few minutes which is better than nothing.

This has a nice cooling effect which takes a while to kick in. My only criticism would be that it doesn’t really dry on your skin and needs rubbing in.

Amazing. Lovely. I suffer from painful legs and feet and have used similar products previously. My husband has been mentioning similar aches, so I purchased this. It's done the trick. Cools, soothes, eases his twitchy achy legs and hot painful feet. I suffer with hot feet in the summer especially night times. A few sprays of this and my feet felt cooler and fresher, but it didn't necessarily cool my feet down. Until using it a couple of times before going to sleep.
