Perfect for limos
As someone who drives a limo, maneuvering such a long vehicle in tight spaces can be challenging, but the Backup Camera has completely transformed my driving experience. From the moment I unboxed it, I knew this product was a winner. Quick and Easy Installation The 2-minute DIY installation claim is no exaggeration! The magnetic base made it incredibly easy to mount the camera on the limo, and I didn’t need any tools or professional help. It’s perfect for someone like me who values convenience and time. The 1080P video quality is exceptional. Whether it’s day or night, the picture is sharp, and I can clearly see any obstacles behind me. This is especially helpful during evening limo pick-ups and drop-offs when visibility is crucial. The wireless setup between the camera and the 5” monitor works flawlessly. The connection is stable, and there’s no annoying lag or interference. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can rely on the feed when I’m backing up in crowded or dimly lit areas. The battery is a lifesaver. I’ve used the camera for several days on a single charge, even with frequent limo usage. The lower power consumption design ensures it lasts longer than I expected, which is a huge plus for busy days on the road. This system isn’t just great for reversing. I also use it to align the limo perfectly in tight spaces or when attaching a trailer for special events. The magnetic mount allows me to reposition the camera effortlessly, making it versatile for all my needs. The sleek design of the monitor and camera adds a professional touch to my limo’s interior and exterior. It blends in perfectly without looking out of place, which is important for maintaining a high-end feel. This is a must-have for limo drivers, RV owners, or anyone needing a reliable backup camera system. It’s easy to install, provides outstanding video quality, and is incredibly convenient to use. This device has enhanced my driving confidence and made my job a whole lot easier. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top-tier backup camera system. Five stars all the way

Great Product
This was exactly as advertised. The camera synced right away and we were able to use it immediately.

Works good
So far, works great. I've been using it for a regular backup camera on my daily commutes for the past week, and battery still says it mostly charged. I have left it on the whole time I'm driving to keep an eye the drivers behind me. I can attest to the camera's waterproof capabilities as I've driven in the rain. The small issue I have is that when night vision comes on, it actually works great, but the screen is super bright. When I turn the brightness down, it will be a little dim durning daytime driving. Might be more of preference and not a deal braker for me. Magnet strength is great, and even on rocky, bumpy roads the camera didn't move. The screen connected right away out of the box, quickly. Picture quality is just as good (or better) as most stock backup cameras. Like I said, I been using it about a week, everyday for a few hrs for the past week, and I have yet to have to charge the battery

Super easy to install and good daytime resolution
The quality of the camera and monitor are very good. Install is super easy. Plug and play. The camera can be mounted anywhere that is ferrous metal (magnetic). I needed to install this on an aluminum trailer so I made a piece of galvanized plate and used double sided tape to hold the plate to the aluminum. Took maybe 15 minutes and worked like a charm. My trailer is 24’ ball to tail. Signal is not an issue. Cons: Night mode is a bit grainy and black and white. Tends to get washed out by headlights behind you, so a little more difficult to use at night. The monitor is also kind of blinding at night even with the brightness turned down. The 150 degree wide angle may be good for backing into a parking spot, but is too wide for a rear view. It would be nice to have an option for a reduced wide angle so you can see farther behind you. Also, the monitor is not compatible with polarized sunglasses.

Game changer
This is an awesome gadget. It has made hooking up the trailer alone or with help, so much easier. It's been a huge help with the loss of site behind the trailer allowing me to easily see when I have cleared vehicles and obstacles for backing up or lane changes. The night vision is not the greatest. Which is why I give 4 star rather than 5. It doesn't really allow you to clearly see what is there like my hardwired wolfbox on my car. It offers more of a mild verification that you've passed and cleared a vehicle which is still far better than nothing. It's not terribly distracting with light (like the mirror can be) as you drive. The magnet is impressively strong as my finger tips have learned. The battery life was a concern since the haul I was making was 10-12 hours. The battery held up fine and charged fairly quickly. Overall, my only complaint would be the night vision was very poor due to the light glare. But aside from that it did well in signal from tail gate to back of a 14 foot trailer without glitchiness. Given the price, I think it was still a great investment for the money.

Best camera monitor set ever!
My kids are always playing outside in our driveway and oftentimes they leave their toys right in the path of my car. If I am in a hurry I can easily forget about it and end up hitting a bike or skateboard. But I am most concerned with possibly hitting someone when I back out so I decided to invest in these cameras. This is the best back-up camera I have ever used hands down. It has two different ways to plug in the monitor. I used the one that plugs into the 12V socket (alias lighter socket). The cameras do not require plugs but rather plug in and charge and then are cord free when you put them on your vehicle. They have a super powerful battery so you can just pop in on in an area that you prefer. Pairing the cameras to the monitor is a breeze since they automatically pair when you turn them on. There are instructions showing how to troubleshoot the pairing process but I didn’t have to use them at all. The monitor is quick and responsive. I love how clear these back-up cameras are. The installation did not require any tools whatsoever and the cord for the monitor tucked neatly in the car’s existing trim. They are super easy to install and pair without any drama whatsoever. I feel so much safer backing up now. This kit is worth every penny!

Proprietary cables (Not USB-C), bad instructions, no response from support, view angle limitations
Update 8/31/2024. Still no response to my support email about charging and turning the camera on and off. I have been on the road for 2 weeks now. The camera was used for a few minutes 3 times successfully on this trip. The 4th time I attempted to use the camera it was dead (as expected and described below). Being in a non electric camping site at quiet hours, AC was not an option. I attempted to charge the camera with the 12V to fake USB-C cable. That would make the charging light blink on the camera, but not charge it. Now I cannot get it to charge at all. It would be nice if the support department would reply to my email. ---------------------------------- 1st, I paid for this camera. This review is raw. My neighbor bought one of these for his camper, so I am familiar with the image quality. Thus, I bought one too. What I did not know was is listed below. (unintentional rhyme) Pros: The camera seems to be well built. The camera base has a rubber traction/scuff pad and a very strong magnet. No not strong enough to break the laws of physics and stick to aluminum. But it might be possible to put an iron plate behind the aluminum for it to have something to pull to. It is strong enough to stick to the latch handle of my LEER topper. Though I would not suggest this for anything more than couplings tasks. It would likely fall off on the first pot hole. Not as a result of the camera, but because my LEER latch surface is not flat enough to get a good hold. Again, not a camera fault. I would take great care to not let this thing get near your wallet. The micro EMP that ensues when it slaps tight onto a ferric surface is Sci-Fi worthy. I can only imagine what it would do to a CC mag strip (yeah, they still use those in some places.) The camera is battery powered, and does not need to have a cable attached when using. The charge port has a decent plastic plug. I have not pool tested it, but the construction quality appears to be water tight, resistant at the least. The range of the camera seems to be fairly wide. My rig is 43' long, and I had no problem with the camera being attached to the frame under the back of my 22' A-frame. Probably about 35' from the display. This is with the aluminum camper, frame, truck, and an aluminum topper in between. The camera mount is adjustable for tilt (but there are cons). It is also strong enough to be mounted upside down. I think I recall image flip was an option. But I will not bet a milkshake on that. And I will not test the theory out of fear of getting it stuck in that mode. The kit does include (or at least mine did), an extra antenna. Probably because they expect you are going to break the first one you put on the camera the first time you finally break that magnet hold and launch it into the neighbor's truck. The monitor feels a little less heavy duty. But that is not a bad thing, as it keeps it light on the suction cup to the window. The power cord for the monitor has a push button on off switch, so you do not have to remove it from the cig plug. The system is 2 channel. (That does NOT mean it comes with a second camera. Hint, IT DON'T) It does look like you may be able to buy an additional camera and toggle between them. The image quality is pretty good. Maybe even a little better in night mode. Cons: ******** DO NOT LOSE THE CABLES. *********** ******** LABLE THE CABLES. *********** The kit claims the ports are USB-C. It looks like USB-C, it smells like USB-C, it would likely even fool a TSA K9 into thinking it's USB-C, I do not know if it taste like USB-C, but it is NOT USB-C. I have tried at least 10 different USB-C cables and (simple to thunderbolt 3/4 compliant), as well as 8 different power sources. They do not work to charge the camera or power the display. It does not come with two cameras. Yes there are two cameras in the advertisement picture, and it says two channel. The channel selection is the only "two" element to it. It does seem like you could pair more than one camera to it. Support, not sure what that word means anymore. It certainly doesn't mean that you get a response from "Toerapta *at* 163.com". The email address listed in the instruction bookless. Reason for contact described in the "Turning off" section of this mini novel. Turning off, or rather "not turning off", is an issue. The instructions state to turn off the camera when charging the battery. There is a power button. It clicks when you depress it. And if you listen closely you can hear the click of the plastic deforming the bubble, not an electrical component type click. Well that sums up what the power button does. The camera appears to monitor RF from the display. I say that because if you have the camera "on" (cough), in a dark area, the infrared LEDs light up. Then if you remove power from the monitor you hear a click from the camera and the lights go off. Power the monitor back on and the camera LED's light up a few seconds later (with another electrical relay type click). I was concerned about the charge hold time and the discharge rate. I can say the camera was charged over night and has been played with and used for maybe an hour since with no power failure. Angle of tilt. As mentioned earlier, the mount is tiltable, but very limited. The following references are with the camera setting base flat on a level table. Tilt down = 12 degrees. Tilt up = 67 degrees. that's about 80 degrees of travel. Why not 90 you ask? Well because the antenna port, of course. I'm not sure it would go fully upward anyways. Why is this important??? Well if your camper is like mine, and is 90% non ferric, with only one exposed ferric surface 'facing' the traffic behind you, you cannot point the camera straight out. It will be pointed down about 23 degrees, while only 20-ish inches off the ground. It's great for avoiding ground hogs, at point blank range. The power cord for the monitor is recessed. But the proprietary power cord sticks down out of that recess. This prevents the monitor from being installed bottom flush with your dash or another device. The camera charge port plug is held in by a thin thread of rubber. I expect this to fail before my 1st vacation trip is completed. Thankfully it is not required for the functionality of the plug, only it's security. There is no real indication on the camera itself if it is charged fully or not. ------- Conclusion: I do like the camera image. I don't like that I need to install a mini shelf on the back of my camper to have the view angle be usable. I do not like that I have to label and hold sacred the proprietary "USB-C" cable to charge/power the components. I'd probably buy a 2nd camera for this system. That is , if they would side step the shady sales tactic and offer the part number/link. If this unit dies, I would likely give the working pieces to my neighbor for spare parts and buy a different one.
