I used it twice a day several days a week for a couple months. It stopped working while within warranty, and they sent a replacement out immediately for no charge.

I only had this pad about six months before it broke. And in that six month's time, I only used it a few times. That is not long enough for a quality product to last. It seemed to be a good product when it was working. But I am not sure of any real benefit I received from it. Very disappointed in this product. Note: In April of this year, Bob and Brad sent me a new pad without asking for a return of the broken one. I didn't even ask them to do it, they just did it. So I am now much happier with this new pad with a longer warranty and I hope that this one will last for a long time. Good customer service.

I have to say, I am very pleased not only with the function of the heat pack, but even more satisfied with the customer service I recieved from the Bob and Brad Customer Service Team. The heat pad provides good heat, the controls have a function in them that keeps a person from accidently turning the device on or off from a "phantom press" of the button. The range of temps is great and the timer function means I can "set it and forget it". The chord is more than long enough to reach an outlet and still allow you to sit in a favored spot. It was not the cheapest heat pack, but the value for money is present. I feel like the quality + function + support makes this item a bargain. The item did have a premature failure of a component, but only after providing purchase information, a description(photos) of the failure a replacement was shipped right out. The CS team (Ava) was exceptional and even though we only interacted through email, I felt listened to and served as a customer. Well done!!

I had a great heating pad for many, many years but it eventually needed to be replaced. I tried several but none of the new pads measured up. They seemed cheaper and never got hot enough for me. This one seems to be a higher quality and I really like that it's weighted. The heat seems a little variable in that most of the time, it gets just hot enough on high, but occasionally it gets too hot and I have to turn it down a level. Still, would rather have it too hot than never get hot enough.

Its sad that Bob of this duo passed away. They were the greatest PTs on the internet, "in their own opinion!" Their sense of humor was great. Brad continues on and his sense of humor is in place. This weighted, belted, heating pad is a wonderful item for dealing with aches and pains. I have used it regularly since back surgery in December. It has performed well. It gets nice and warm, but not hot where you could get burned by too much heat. I need to use it again tonight, but currently it has been stolen by my wife.

Sadly it lasted less than a year with moderate use. Smelled something weird when I last used it and then it just didn't turn on again, realized it had died and that the burning smell was the pad. Glad it didn't catch fire. I never sat or laid on it as instructed but it really didn't last very long.

This heating pad is a good size, easy to control and a great price. The heat is gentle, yet I can feel it through my t-shirt easily. Also, the customer service at Bob and Brad is amazing. My first heating pad spontaneously quit working. I decided to contact Bob and Brad's customer service directly since it had only been 1 year and was within the 2 year warranty time frame. I received a quick response with two easy requests of sending a short video demonstrating what was happening and a picture of the tag with the batch number. After that, they shipped me a replacement and I received it in just a few days. I was grateful, as I was in need of it and my "back-up" heating pad just wasn't cutting it.
