I use it every day.
I am very happy with this vibration platform. It is compact, easy to use, and doesn't take up much space, making it perfect for working out at home. Seems like a great device.
Wow! Level one is working to loosen up my ankles after midfoot fusion surgery. Helps with arthritic discomfort, too. Not for all day, it for a few hours. Seems to be loosening up my iliacus and improving my posture. I’ve had it a week. I recommend it. I’m heavy and it’s very sturdy. It doesn’t make a lot of noise or move around the floor.
