Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

After a few months of having this dispenser, the water stopped getting cold. All the water coming out of both sides was extremely hot. It was passed the return date, so we just unplugged it and continue to use it without the cold water. Just room temperature. Way too much money for only working properly for three months. I would give it. Zero stars if there was an option. We did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. It just stop working and cooling the Water..

This has been the perfect addition to my room. I am able to get fresh water every day. The heating element works but I do not use it that often. I have not noticed any mold or parts breaking off. The item itself feels a little flimsy but as long as you don't move it to much it will probably be fine. The taste of the water has not changed at all. The value for money on this product is amazing. The cold water doesnt stay cold when you hold it down. The hot water takes awhile to get hot if youre following the directions to power off when not using.

Update: It’s stopped dispensing water.. no good to us now ——————————————————————— This dispenser has been great - until this week! I bought this 5 months ago and the cooling element on it has now stopped working. The light doesn’t turn off and the fan is constantly running. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but it’s right next to my desk for work and it’s all I can hear all day long!

Love this so far. Child water is cold hot water is hot. I use 1 gallon jugs and love it. Bought for our rv.

DONT BUY THIS, IT RUINED MY COUNTER!!!! I bought this for my travel trailer that I use while at work (I’m a park ranger) I stay there most during my kids summer vacation and go home on my days off. While I was away for my days off this thing leaked. It ruined my counters. I’m going to have to spend a lot more on replacing the wood in my trailer. If I could give this a 0 star rating I would.

0 stars for this item. The water was not cooling at all in fact the cold water was warmer than my tap water. Very disappointed. The price on top of that was ridiculous for the plastic item. Really not happy with the company. Will never buy again...
