Light is very pretty, just what I wanted in my bedroom. Installed the light fixture and was putting on the crystals, discovered that some were missing. Contacted the seller, said they would ship me some then sent me a message saying it would take too long to ship the replacement crystals, instead they would send a whole new fixture, which they did! Great customer service!!

Beautiful though time consuming to assemble

Light is trash. Didn’t work. Spent so much time trying to install it alone. Couldn’t do it simply because of the design. Had to have a second person. Once I installed it it wouldn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Never have I installed a light/ceiling fan that was several feet in size that took two people. Ignorant design!

Very bright. I loved it. Takes time and patience to put it together. And they could add at least an extra pc. I dropped one and didn't have an extra one to replace since it broke.
